I have already been to this spot a few times, and I would say that it is a pretty good spot. They do not really have a big menu, but they do have a nice selection of burgers. When I say "nice selection," what I mean is that they have a unique selection and each one is really different and interesting as well. I found this restaurant a few months ago and I like their burgers. Now I'm back for the third time to try something new from their menu, particularly their burger. I had already tried their cheeseburger and the volcano burger, so I ordered another different one and that was their malick burger. What I like about this place is that they have good service (and somehow fast service), and they also have a nice atmosphere and vibe. So, the mallick burger I ordered was just basically a double cheeseburger with some cheese, bacon, and eggs. It is really delicious based on how it looks when it is served, and it tastes even better when I get to eat it. That burger is, so far, the best burger I've had here, and I highly recommend it. I also ordered the burger with their curly fries, which also tasted good, being so crispy and definitely well-seasoned. I would say not to miss this spot.
Food here was alright! I got the The Zyros Burgerwith the boneless wings (honey bbq) and theywere better than I was anticipating. However, theircustomer service is the real reason l'd probablystop by again. It was was FANTASTIC. The girlwho served me was pleasant and attentive andafter the gentleman behind me ordered we had areally nice conversation. On top of being very kind,her service was timely. I would absolutely go backafter having such a nice experience with one oftheir employees! 11/10
This place is now has turned into one of those hit or miss places. It used to be decent but not sure if ownership has changed or something. We went to try out our regular sandwiches but it tasted more like sauce doused sandwiches. Can't even taste anything except BBQ and mayo sauces. Highly disappointed!!! Must be a desi thing to swim in those sauces.
Wonderful place for halal burgers - the staff is always very pleasant. We came on a school field trip and there was only one girl working the counter but she did an excellent job getting all the orders out.
The female at cashier station was absolutely horrible. Their was customer who came in before me. He paid for order with his Discover card. She tried to engage him in conversation about his card. She then states she had same card and doesn't like it. Customer is looking at her and me trying to queue her that another customer needs to be taken care of. She then wants to engage him in further conversation about she is getting an American Airlines credit card. At this point he walks away because of her rudeness to me. She then asked me "what do I want"... Told her I was picking up order that was already placed. She rudely says it will be 5 minutes. I then take a seat. Within 60 seconds she throws bag on counter and points both of her hands at it. Looks at me and says this is your order. She tells me that she is busy doing other things that's why she said it was going to be 5 minutes. Overall the customer service after coming here one time, I will never come here again. She should be fired immediately if they want to stay in business.
I personally like this restaurant, especially their burgers, but I did not really expect the experience I had the last time I visited the restaurant. The whole place is clean as always. It was not too busy, and I was able to order quickly. I ordered at the counter and the staff were seriously not friendly or nice. It was like I placed my order, paid, and that was it. I was just expecting a simple greeting or acknowledgement, just like something a customer would get while ordering or buying something. I did not bother myself with that and I was glad that I ordered food for takeout. It was quick. I only ordered a cheeseburger and fries, and both were really lukewarm, even though it was just minutes after I bought them. I like their burgers, but not the one I had recently. It didn't taste great and was definitely lacking in that part. The fries were so soggy. It's a good thing they were well-seasoned, and I was still able to finish them. However, I did not finish the cheeseburger because I did not feel like eating it whole, given the taste, and it was not fresh, which may have contributed to my dislike of it.
Ordered the Zyros burger. Very small piece of chicken and was very hard to bite on also. Barely any gyros in their. Told the staff that the burger is not done rite. Tells us thats how they make it now. Never going again! Used to be a lot better before.
The burger are fresh... not a frozen patty! Taste great
This place is overpriced for the the quality. The meat taste like frozen burger from Costco as well as the fries. I would rather go to Five Guys for this price where I can get all the ingredients fresh. I give extra star for the cleanliness and wider menu item but I don't think this is worth coming back for me.
