Today my family had a birthday party and we catered for lots of people and we Had Taylor St., Pizza and pasta. The pasta was great the pizza was also great, The price wasn’t the lowest but the service was the best and the professionalism with Alex when making the appointment and discussing our needs what’s the difference between spending $90-$100 less with another company.
Love this place! Alex is fantastic and was extremely helpful in organizing for an event I had planned. Very personable and professional. The friendly team behind the counter did a great job when I went to pick up, and the pizzas were delicious, stayed hot, and traveled well - not something you can say about a lot of restaurants! Great management and customer service makes all the difference, and we will definitely be choosing this Taylor Street Pizza again. Highly recommend :)
Alex was absolutely phenomenal! I'm new to the area, and he was very welcoming. The pizza was delicious! I'm originally from Chicago (proper), so I've had my share of good pizzas. I just knew moving here, I was giving up some delicious dishes for the suburban life. No one could have ever told me that Naperville had such high quality and delicious pizza like Taylor Street!

1st time, 2 slices w/ can of soda. Was good, really thick, stringy cheese. Prefer a thinner crust.Would recommend for those who like thick pizza
Ordered a ChIcago style with tomatoes and extra cheese and it was delicious.Delivery was fast and the pizza was hot.Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Ali and the team at Taylor Street Pizza do an outstanding job taking care of their customers. The Metea Valley High School Athletic Boosters have used Taylor Street Pizza for our concessions for years and have been very pleased with the level of service and quality of food. The food and service here are amazing! From their single slices to providing trays of food or full on catering for meetings at my office. They never let us down! I will always recommend them!
I was a very good customer at this pizza place, however after my experience there tonight I won’t be going there anymore.I got an email stating that for black Fri weekend everything is 30% off so I called & place an order & told the gentleman on the phone I’m using the coupon code TSP30 for the discount & I was abruptly told I have to order online. Here’s the problem…I checked the email 3x & nowhere does it say I have to order online to get the deal. If I saw that on the email I would have understood. And the gentleman whom I spoke to was very rude.You are not the only pizza place in town so I’ll take my business elsewhere. And I never ever was asked to use the points that I’ve accumulated so that point system you offer is a big scam.
