I know COVID has made staffing hard, but WTH...Waited inside 10 mins at the counter, at 3pm!! only to be told that orders were only taken via the kiosk....They could have at least places a sign on the register .....

Fast service. Diablo sauce is just vinegar and cayenne. The chalupa is just a taco in pita bread instead of a tortilla. The Chipotle ranch chicken burrito was a little light on the insides but it had good flavor. The spicy cheesy double beef burrito is where the money's at. The tacos are overpriced but the burritos made sense value wise. The bean and rice burrito has a third of your daily fiber. Much healthier than the competitors, a lot less fried foods.

Extremely rude! i had two orders one placed via mobile and one in drive thru. Didnt ask me to pay for my second order, didnt double check my order, nothing! when i informed him i had two orders he said and i quote "okay and did you pay" um excuse me you didnt even ask for my payment?? then didint inform me the freeze machine was broken for my mango freeze on my mobile..... and didnt ask if i wanted a different drink to compensate..... African American male 6'1ish 4:10 Fri, July 1st in drive thru figure it out because he started raising his voice when i asked about another drink replacement "what do you f*ckin want then" should not be around people would rather eat somewhere else trash attitudes and lack of motivation kill businesses someone shouldve trained him properly i worked at McDonald's for 5+ years its not hard to be nice even if youre not having a good day or youre under staffed heck i wonder why youre under staffed.......

Supposed to close at 12AM on Saturday night. They let vehicles stack up in the drive through 8-10 deep. Once reaching order speaker, the drivers were informed that only prior online orders would be accepted. Leaving most drivers trapped in the line. To make matters worse, this location was "sold out" of almost 35% of their entire menu! I had a Door Dash and sat in the queue for almost 30 painful minutes before finally receiving my order....

Food Quality has gone up but they seem to desperately need more employees, it took 30 minutes on site to receive an order i had placed AHEAD OF TIME. The employees that are there now are very polite.

We had a fantastic experience. Christine was a great worker and put a smile on her and our face. She deserves a raise!!!! Keep doing big things Christine.

There was a big line of cars at the drive thru,decided to go in with my toddler ,cars were gone and I was still waiting to get my order made till I complained ,think that 3 coupons of free tacos are fair ? Left the coupons there and had to wait for my stupid order.Oh and good luck trying to recruit new workers ..

Nice and friendly people but long wait line. So we went to taco bell drive through and food was very good. And since we were in drive though,there was a long wait and the cars weren't moving.

I love taco bell but this one needs work...I asked for two steak crunch wraps and got two bacon crunch wraps, I also asked for a grande toasted steak burrito and got a bacon one instead. I even asked for two hash browns as well but then before I pulled up to the window I made sure she heard me ask for the two hash browns just to confirm and she said "yes" but then when I got my meal I didn't receive them and I didnt get charged for them which I was ok with. But no don't go here until their staff gets better people or actually does their job because this taco bell SUCKS!!!!

I go to Taco Bell frequently for my Aunt , she orders the same thing at every location. This Is the 1st location to tell me they can't separate taco ingredients. Every fast food chain and restaurant is capable of this 1 Star
