I ordered ahead for pickup and the lobby is locked at 4:30? I go to the drive thru and what should've been a quick pickup takes 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me. My burrito didn't come grilled. And the food her costs more than any other taco bell nearby. Hilariously bad service
It's great to get exactly what you ordered delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The cashier was friendly and overall my experience was very good
We used to get food from here on our way home. Of recent, we are not receiving all we ordered. Today, we missed two items. We travelled far from the place before realizing it. Someone should check what was ordered and what is in pack before handing to customers.
Clearly messed up order with no one else drive thru line. Missing items, wrong items in combo, and wrong sauces. I'm usually very forgiving when it comes to modern day challenges, but these mistakes are the result of neglect. Not worth returning to and advise against trusting what you receive from here.
Loading Error messege on window in Drive Thru. Several cars in front of us. We waited no greeting at menu screen. We had 3 cars in front of us and we assumed that since no greeting or sign on speaker that orders were being taken at window. We pulled up to window and a young woman said what you have? We politely explained we pulled ahead. Then after verbally taking our order we hear "order 469 here at window" and the cook yells (Why?) Very loud and unprofessional. We were not offered any sauce we had to ask for it. The professionalism was poor, customer service and no information to contact Manger in windows. #order 469
Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure, especially these days when it seems to cost more than its worth. And yet, it always tastes good. But the true measure of the business is what they do when things get messed up and what they do to make it right. I had an order where we bought 3 crave boxes. They put my burrito in the wrong box (so that someone got 2 and I got 0 - and there are no givebacks with 2 hungry teens who hoover their food) forgot to give me my doritos locos taco and gave me a regular taco instead, and didnt give us any taco sauce at all in spite of ordering 20 on the app. I couldnt get anyone on the phone. So I went in a couple days later to discuss it with the manager, without any expectations. It was a Friday night order, I was kind and understanding about how crazy it gets, and he offered to remake the entire order anytime we wanted or refund me on the spot, about $32. I took the food offer and made 2 teens very happy again! Well Done, Naperville Rickert Taco Bell.
Placed our order online and it didn’t meet the time we had been promised. Food was still good.
We only come once every few months but everytime we do we're reminded why we HATE this place. We've lived here for 8 yrs and it's a constant source of regret. Between the rude management, horrible employees that open the window stuffing food in their face or so high they can barely function. Then there's the lazy low quality food that they can barely put together properly. Constantly getting orders wrong or missing ingredients, low quality etc. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick from this place and that's it's still in business.
It's hit or miss as to whether this location screws up your order or not. Tacos always fall apart.
This supposed to be chicken quesadilla instead they sold empty one. This is ridiculous their service is horrible and they taking money for nothing
