Would recommend to anyone looking for a variety of hot teas! Came here looking for a soothing tea to help relieve allergies, and I was very impressed by the variety. I ordered a Chamomile tea with honey, and it was very flavorful! I enjoyed every sip! And the honey was just right for what I needed, my throat felt much better afterwards. They have a ton of other teas as well if Chamomile isn't your thing, and their coffee menu looks just as promising! I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. Everything tasted fresh, warm and delicious!I also really like that you can order online through their website. I was in a rush, so I placed my order from the parking garage and it was ready by the time I got to the store. Very great experience and I can't wait to come back!
First time I came it was very good. Ever since I feel like it’s just along the lines of Starbucks. I didn’t realize this was a chain as I thought it was more of a small business. The food they have is very good and they have alot to offer. Maybe too much? The place is cute but kind of cluttered with all they are trying to sell. The staff the first time was very friendly but ever since it’s like all they care about is getting you to sign up for the rewards program.
The ambiance is nice. It was clean. I had the signature French Vietnamese Cafe Au Lait, it was smooth. There are a lot of choices for coffee in the area.
Coffee is good. The mini french donuts are good. Average coffee house prices.

Nice place and staff. Not a fan of the coffee. It’s possible I ordered the wrong drink “Dragon eye”. It just tasted very watered down. Ended up tossing it.
Incredible experience! My boyfriend and I were in search of tea to soothe our sore throats and this place popped up in our Google search. We had the ginger lemon and ginger raspberry teas and they were extremely delicious! I'm not usually a tea person but I'd definitely come back here for it. Any other place I've had tea always tastes like water but this tea was especially flavorful. I used to work at at a coffee shop and I must say that Sweetwaters was incredibly clean and organized. The barista was also very fast! The ambiance was not cluttered yet very inviting. I hate when coffee shops are blasting music but this was quiet and chill. I'll come back just to do school work :)

The staff were kind and friendly. I was excited to check out a new coffee shop in the area. They have lots of interesting drinks and offerings, and I had a hard time choosing what to try! I ended up getting a ginger raspberry iced tea, which was very unique—nice bite from the ginger and delicious fruitiness, but the honey sweetness ended up being too overwhelming for me to finish my drink.I tried my mom’s drink—it was something coffee with oat milk—and that was very good. Their espresso and coffee tastes fantastic and I would definitely get that next time instead.Their pastries looked great as well.The interior is nice and spacious with plenty of seating and high ceilings.I will definitely return!
Nice coffee/tea house in what can be a very busy area. With lots of places to choose from, this one has ample seating indoors, wifi, and of course, great drinks. I had a cold brew drink called a Dreamy that had vanilla and cream added to the cold brew. It was good. Friendly staff too.
