We have only been here a few times and really enjoyed this place. We are going to add it to our regular dinning list. The AYCE has a really great large selection including soup, salads and appetizers. The taste, freshness and quality is great. And, the staff is above and beyond in service, speed and especially friendliness. Plus, they offer a full selection of drinks including our favorite, plum wine. THANK YOU.
I have been here many times. I will always go back here. The best sushi I have had. Their all you can eat menu is fantastic. Highly recommend.
All you can eat but you must lick your plate clean.Entered SUSHI NAPER to an instant ultimatum of all you can eat or all you can eat. When I asked for a la cart I was met with a funny stare. I decided to take a gamble on all you can eat. I noticed a disclaimer about being charged $1 per piece for leftovers. So a $4.95 roll could cost me 6$ extra if I don’t like it. My neurotic cheapness forced me to clean my plate to avoid a leftovers surcharge. Resulting in a belly ache. The sushi itself was unappetizing, heavy on the rice and low on flavor. Tables felt sticky like old soy sauce. Do yourself a favor and set your sails for cleaner waters, avoid this sushi joint at all costs.
The service was really bad they were extremely busy and we were understanding and waited. We arrived around 7:20pm the hostess was very kind and extremely busy we waited our turn. Once we were seated by one of the bus boys the waiter never came set us up and we had to call her over to place our table of 3 sushi sheet. After we got our drinks we were never checked on and waited around 30 minutes to get our appetizers and we were missing a couple of appetizers. After another 30 minutes we still had not gotten any other of our order. We did notice that the waitress was checking on the booth next to our but never us, they were also seated at the same time. After a total of a bit over an hour of waiting for our rolls that never came we asked to pay for our appetizer so we could leave and were charged a bit to much. We understand it was busy and we tried to be kind and understanding. We ended up leaving around 9:37pm and were over charged for 3 of our appetizers and We were not checked they could have at least offered to refill our drinks once. Most of the staff is kind but extremely understaffed. And the wait times are ridiculous.
We have been here multiple times. The sushi are very good. However, today, the service was very slow. We got the initial two plates of sushi in reasonable time. Teh waitress did not give us any plate. We had to ask another waitress for the plates.After we finished them. My son ordered California roll. We probably sat there for at least a half an hour. We call a waiter and ask him to forget about the order if it has not been made. He never came back. Then we asked our waitress to cancel the order. She said she would check but not coming back to us. We asked another waitress and told her the same and ask for the check. We probably sat there for 15 minutes and not seeing the check. Then we asked another one about the check, finally we got the check and put the credit card in and gave some waitress check and credit card. Again sat there for 15 minutes and no one came back with my check and card. We had to ask again. Finally someone from front desk brought it to us. She offered no apology. This is not normal for this restaurant. As I said we have been here many times before, the service used to be good.
Good food horrible service, they take for ever in all services, even to return our card I used pay took them more than 1/2 an hour to return it.

Delicious appetizers, fantastic rolls, and fresh fish. Everything prepared to order with a great attention to detail! loved everything ?
