Free subs was a lie 10 to 12 what a joke
This location is very convenient but we did have quality issues with their bread and vegies recently. Staff was rude when we notified them too. We drive 5 minutes more and go to another friendlier location.
Why do you hire kids ? They are kids but idiots to work in store
I would not recommend this place.Tried multiple times as it is nearest Subway to me and they never care to make things right.Sometimes they run out of bread, sometimes lettuce is not fresh. Sometimes their internet doesn't work for online orders.
Worst customer service ever. They messed up 2 of my orders and never answered the phone. I went to the store to complain and they did not even acknowledge the mistake or refund me for my wasted time.
Ordered over app. Husband picked up order and didn’t check it. Short 2 bags of chips. My sub had way too much Mayo and mustard. Impossible to dispute or report issue in app. Emailed customer service. Reply from owner just generic sorry for your experienceDon’t order on app
Very bad employee don’t know how to make sandwich and rude to customers. My I don’t get messed up and manager did not even say sorry.
We pick up lunch from this store all the time. Up until today they've been good. Apparently management thinks the employees are using too many vegis per sandwich. Told them to stop. I've included a pick of my 12" Turkey/Provolone. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, pickles, red onion and mayo on it. You tell me if this is Subway's standard. Food costs have gone up for everyone. If produce is more expensive then raise the price of the sandwich $1 instead of charging the same and giving less! It's good business.
If you don't want much meat in your sandwiches and don't think the employees making your food should be wearing masks as the Delta variant spreads in our community, this is your Subway.
Worst experience of any subway ever.
