We dropped in a very busy morning. The staff was very busy, cranking out orders, and very professional. Coffee was good!
Whenever I am in the area, I always come to this one instead of the Reserve. The staff is so friendly and always attentive whenever taking orders, even in loud times they always double check to ensure everything is correct. Not only that, but they are super sweet to my dog whenever we go through the drive through.
They gave me a partially crushed cup and of course the lid wasn't secure. I THOUGHT I had secured it until it ended up all over my kitchen floor and breakfast nook. Your job is not that complex, but typical!
Stylish design makes this a frequent stop for coffee and snacks for me - even though I predominantly use the drive thru. Convenient for when I am on my errands too.
Just asked for a medium dark roast with a dab of cream, since none is allowed to touch anyAdditives. The bill came to $4.50. I paid in cash which the “ barista” maybe had never seen before.I asked why it’s 4.40. Oh we don’t have just dark roast it’s a special blend now.Rally, no Sumatra or French roast just a blend.Well, it was the least strong coffe I had there maybe ruined additionally by pounds of cream.I guess a tad is not a Starbuckian term? I’m done with this woke, no prices or menu, jacking up of coffee. Pete’s or Sparrow til they get more woke. .
Was in Naperville for my daughter’s Dr appointment and stopped at this Starbucks location. Ordered my usual Coffee for myself and cake pops for my daughter (special occasion only) via drive thru. However, they forgot to give me the cake pops. I realized it 2 blocks away from expressway and called only to be told we have to return to that location to be refunded. Very inconvenient for us because we live in Chicago. Starbucks should implement a better way to refund/compensate customer’s other than returning to location in person. Perhaps Store credit Very disappointed!

Shout out to Joselyn for her amazing customer service while taking my order. She is a beam of sunshine in my otherwise cloudy sky. They are the kindest workers I have ever met in my 45 years of life. And my drink was delicious!

I was given a gift card from a very special person,and now I officially have purchased my very first Starbucks.Lol Not that I've never had theirs.Other special people have treated me! Thanks to all of the special people in my life! Merry Christmas to all ,Thanks Starbucks,I will not be a stranger lookin fb forward to my next cup of coffee!
Sure its overpriced coffee. Sure they just microwave their baked goods. Sure the lines can get ridiculously long, but man I love the way that smell just smacks you in the face when you pull up to that window, and ya know what, those kids are really nice. Better than A lot of the other brain dead service you receive elsewhere. So, keep it up, I get my Starbucks fix about 1-2 times a week.....thanks!
