This Starbucks is usually super busy, after the morning rush they tend to still seem busy some days of the week and your order may be slightly delayed. It's been this way for the past couple years I've lived near this location. Otherwise, it's a standard Starbucks.
After being blasted by marketing campaigns on the new chocolate cream cold brew I went to try it. Guess what they didn't have the ingredients to make it...that said the staff was wonderful.
This Starbucks was SO busy when I arrived but the staff was extremely efficient. Great team.
Came here late, about 30 mins before close. Molly greeted me pleasantly and professionally-which sometimes doesn’t happen that late.. And the girl hooked it up on the drink. Well made and perfectly crafted, even listened to my special instructions. I will definitely be back at this location because of her-great service. Thanks Molly.
I just started ordering this oatmilk shaken expresso drink. I ordered a Grande this morning. Just ordered a venti with light ice. I'm glad I paid for a venti but actually was given a Grande?? I prefer the morning crew. My drink was perfect. After 4pm not so much the taste was a bid weird. Way off from the one I purchased this am. I know when I was given my drink I looked and just drive off. I didn't want to hold up the drive thru.
The staff here are so friendly and they are never out of supplies for any drink. The only store that had the medicine ball during peak demand. Paul in particular is really courteous and provided great customer experience.
Honestly this is probably one of the worst Starbucks locations in the area, the only reason I continue to go there is the fact that it is very close to my house and I keep hoping it will get better, and it does every once in a while. I attribute the problems, extremely long waits, incorrectly crafted orders and sometimes rude or apathetic service to the transitional nature of the job and realistically if you go to any specific Starbucks over and over you will deal with the same thing to some extent. However this particular store seems to be the worst of the bunch near the Jewel on Ogden in North Naperville. There are two others fairly close that I frequent when I just decide I don't want to take the chance, and this store single handedly made me start tasting my drinks before leaving the window.
Best Cheese Danish and Vanilla Bean Frappuccino ? I love them both together ❤ so delicious.
Nice interior design with plenty of places to sit including a long bench with multiple small tables for laptops and plug-ins.
No hyperbole... Always out of cake pops! Ugh!! I don't think they even sell them from this location?? Frequently out of all other sandwiches too.
