I’ve become a regular to this Starbucks location everyday before work. My drink order is pretty much always the same, however it’s always a surprise as to how it will turn out from day to day. I’ve given a lot of grace to the countless times that my drink order was completely wrong or the requests were just ignored. Light ice means just that, light Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam means just that. Not fill half the cup with it. I’ve always enjoyed coming here because the staff is always so friendly, but today makes my last visit to this location. I received a Venti drink that was only 2/3 of the way full. Not only did it taste completely off but if I wanted a grande size drink I would’ve order that. Time to find another location that might be a little more consistent.

I visited this location today with my 2 year old we came to get a cake pop for him and a coffee for me. I have to say usually not all Starbucks are very welcoming with little ones, this location was definitely the exception. They greeted us and my baby is usually very shy but the baristas had him smiling. Especially the young lady that Came from behind the counter and gave him his cake pop. Keep up the smiles & the great work. I will definitely revisit when I’m in the area. Thank you for putting a smile on my baby’s face.Sincerely,Happy customer
Good coffee drinks like any Starbucks. Fell and thank goodness the only two customers in the store helped me up because the floor was so slick it was hard to regain my balance and I don't know how I would have helped myself up. The employees pretended not to see me even though I was the only one to come in to the store for 3-5 minutes. Grateful that all I got was a scratch on my knee and bruised dignity.Beautifully decorated store with a nice patio. Beware of smooth floor that did not look wet and was very slick and don't count on employees to help. I wonder what would have happened if there had been no customers to help me. I made sure to thank both of the gentlemen who helped me before I left with my drink.I have gone back to the drive through and had no issues. That time I had friendly service with virtually no wait.I do want to be clear that I don't think this was malicious. I suspect it was just poor employee training and supervision. I would like to think they would have acted if someone had been seriously hurt but who knows.Update - The coffee quality has changed and now I hit the Starbucks in Plainfield by Red-Robin they do a great job!
This place is great, I go there almost everyday, the staff and Mgmt. is very nice!
employees are always nice but iced coffee taste like cigarette water or gas fuel, If I wanted a cup of iced gas fuel I’d go to the gas station next door.

I like this Starbucks a lot. My order was ready fast and the tables were clean.
Per Starbucks Inc. coffee and tee is given to the client right away from the POS counter. This rude new employee, that obviously did not get the training, forcing her will over the client, insisted me to stand in the receiving line to wait for my coffee. Please train these rudies properly, or get rid of them.
Quick and easy love the staff there drive thru was quick the barista was amazingly great on helping me try something she personally love there and was a great choice
