Always fast and love that my commute takes me to a friendly and convenient Starbucks. Awesome staff
The staff are non courteous, took my order after 10 min, and they gave my coffee cold when I ordered hot coffee. When I asked for warming it up, they were giggling and laughing among them. Not a typical Starbucks kind of greeting the customer.
This location is great, my order is always done correctly and it always tastes good. Well trained employees, very polite and patient :)
Went for coffee yesterday … I was on a rush on an important phone call … the lady from the drive thru didn’t even ask about to add cream and sugar to my coffee … she just gave me black coffee … without giving me any cream or sugar .. was just very stupid .. I realized about it when I was already far from the place .. obviously I had to throw away my 5 dollars coffee never going again !!! I don’t go there often .. becaue I feel their products are ridiculous overpriced.. however last time I ordered a mocha cookie Frappuccino .. and I got only crushed ice zero flavor .. for almost 7 dollars . What a scam .. never again ! ????
I love coming to this location but theres one thing i don't like about this location and that, is the staffing. I understand working in a food environment is stressful…i came here through the drive thru and told them i am paying 2 different transactions. One transaction was for my free drink with rewards points and the second transaction with cash. I told the lady i want to use my points for my free drink. she went to check me out, used my points and made me pay the $6.47. I told the lady that i wanted to USE MY POINTS, but still made me pay for it. Like i like to use my rewards bc i spend a good amount of $$$ here especially its very close to where i work. Like what i said its stressful working in an environment like this but look at what your doing…..Next complaint is i always order Venti size drinks, and I always ask for light ice or mo ice and then obviously whatever the drink is. The one thing I hate is we pay so much money for these handcrafted quality drinks just for them to just to be filled halfway. I clearly tell them I want light ice or no ice and they still manage to fill the cup up a little bit above halfway there was numerous times that I had left the drive-through or inside the store, with basically an inch and a half of clear space underneath the lid.
Conveniently located just off of Highway 59, has a drive-through, and fully covered outdoor seating with one electrical plug-in for your laptop. Nice interior with great seating and several electrical plug-ins.
5 minute drive from me and another store 10 minutes away. This one WAS plagued with rude service and incorrectly made drinks. The other location NEVER. Management here always responded kindly and handled any situations. The baristas in question for the most part are no longer here too. Things are back to how they once were which is good! Take it from a person there 2 times a day, everyday.
This Starbucks location has really, really gone downhill. Unfortunately this is the location that is on my way to work and now I have to go out of my way to get a quality drink. No matter what I order, they do not make it right and I end up having to go inside anyway after going through the drive-through. Many times I end up just going to a different location to get it made right. I don’t know if their staff needs better training or what the problem is, but I am so tired of having to complain about simple drinks being made wrong. I recommend any other location but this one. It’s really a shame because this used to be the best customer service location in the area, SO not the case anymore.
Hands-down the most inviting and friendly Starbucks location in the area. All staff members have been extremely kind and show real urgency to take care of their customers.
This Starbucks is horrible. Drive thru took forever literally 30 mins and the line wasn’t even long. I usually don’t mind waiting but this was bad. As a partner that currently works for SBUX they need to do better. Drinks weren’t even made correctly.
