I usually don't have an issue at this location, but my mobile order wasn't fulfilled in a timely manner. My drinks weren't ready until 20 minutes after the order was placed. This has happened twice so far, and I'm super frustrated and disappointed.
Overpriced. It is more expensive here for my chocolate cake pop than it is in lisle. A whole dollar over priced. Ridiculous.
I just wanted to say that I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and always have great service but when we visited on Monday, Jaime was outstanding!!! He was so kind, helpful, customer centered and welcoming. I said to my husband I wonder if he’s the manager because he’s got manager energy. My dad, worked for Starbucks for most of childhood, 15 years so I am passionate about the company but have never looked up a way to leave a review. Jaime deserves a shout out!
Lovely place, Griffin likes the pup cups especially, I’m more of a refresher person. But they’re always kind and very efficient.
A large man with long purple hair was working at the counter. I will never come here again
Took my whole lunch break just to get coffee. the woman in the drive-through window walked off for 4minutes while my drink set there. If you are on your lunch break four minutes more after waiting is too long. Do not go to the Starbucks unless you have time to wait. An trust me they do not respectfully care about complaints.
I get a blackeye, pike with 2 shots, its always good here,other places the coffee taste burnt, but here its always consistently good.
Great workers...but there was a dead mouse right outside the front door....not too appealing
3rd time they got my drink wrong. I will go farther to one that can make things correctly.
I just got a mango Dragon fruit refresher. Both of these are the same drink. The right one is the first and the left is one after i complained. Only difference is how much dried fruit they put in. First one had no taste other than sweet. Glad i complained.Every other time I'm here they've done it great which is why i still gave it 4 stars.
