Picked up smoothies for me and my co-workers, specifically the berry punch, pure recharge (mango strawberry variant) and an island impact.Brought them back to our store, gave my co-workers theirs, and 15 minutes later was free enough to go back in back and ask what they thought (having not tried mine yet.) Cue both of them loudly slurping their now empty drinks and grinning. Tried mine, and could confirm, *definitely* worth getting!Glad to have a good smoothie place back in Naperville again!Full disclosure, the smoothie were free for an opening day event, but my co-workers and I are already discussing making it a weekly thing for our store.8/25/21 edit: can confirm, still a great place to go. Had a slight mixup with my order today (substitution was missed) and the staff was super fast on rectifying the problem! Always good to know that, even when things don't go perfectly the first time, the staff's super on top of making sure you get taken care of.
They have the worst customer service and their staff has straight up attitude.
This was the absolute WORST customer service i’ve ever experience in my life. Waited 40 minutes, got given a very chunky smoothie with whole ice cubes, got given the wrong smoothie after telling them what i got, and was getting eye rolls from the employees for asking them to re-blend it. Never coming to this one again. I also work at a smoothie king and this was the most disrespectful experience and doesn’t make the company look good.
First time - ordered a high intensity. Great deal of protein for the amount. Service was quick and efficient. Take a sip - it’s delicious. Took a bad step, dropped the whole thing on my shoe. Walked back in for some napkins to clean up. Maya asked what happened. I let her know and she saw my smoothie stained shorts. Offered me a new one on the house ? ? in and out again like a NASCAR racer. thank you smoothie king team
i never give bad reviews, but this location has literally never gotten my order on time. Literally always late. That is all.

I'm a big fan of Smoothie King but won't be giving the downtown Naperville location my business ever again. POOR SERVICE. Had an awful experience with an employee named Justice. She is extremely rude and not helpful!!! Major attitude from the start. My daughter's drink had way too much protein powder in it and after she remade my drink that I accidentally dropped, she gave me more attitude that I saved the little bit that didn't fall out of the cup. This place won't last with that kind of service. Not impressed.
Poor service. We walked in at exactly 8:00pm and we’re told that they were closed. Your google listing clearly states open till 9:00pm. We drove from Warrenville to be turned away. Oberwise has smoothies. I’ll gladly spend my $50 there. More than likely will not be back.
