Place was clean, food was good butter chicken was okay not the best, the goat curry on the other hand is so good, full of flavor and the meat was super soft, the naan was something different from what we have tried before, the dough was served crispy which is not bad, the mango lassi was so good and not sour at all. Biryani was okay and the manager was hands on with the customers.
First of all , if you are looking for Indian taste then this restaurant is not for you.Second thing, if you think you will pay the price as mentioned on website then again you are mistaken.I came here because I read so many positive reviews. Not sure how it is possible.We are charged service tax 9.5%.( I know service charge I have to pay but this one is way higher ). Apart from this , we are charged for Service Charge as 18%. I do not understand that in Buffett if I have to take my food by myself what additional service I have received that I had to pay 18% as service charge.Attached my bill receipt for reference. You can check the price mentioned over the website and what we actually charged.I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I would surely never return here again.
A beautiful cozy place and absolutely delicious food . Ordered Goad Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Butter chicken, Kuhna Gosh, Mixed vegetable and All fry. I would highly recommend this place and 100% going back again with my family.
Worst food I’ve ever eaten and I’m shocked they’re charging $43 for this garbage.Just look at the pic of “chicken karahi” what part of an oily, watered down broth with chicken is karahi chicken?? It literally tastes like they boiled a pot of chicken, added some oil and salt and served it to go.The Nihari was HORRIBLE. Three small cubes of beef, although tender, in a tasteless broth. No joke. Disgusting food. The food was tasteless. Very upsetting.I don’t know how they pass themselves as “Pakistani cuisine” this is shameful. So unfortunate that for decent Pakistani food we have to drive to Lombard/Villa Park.
Today we tried Sara's for the first time. This restaurant and their amazing authentic Indian/Pakistani selections changed my whole perspective to this cuisine.For starters we tried their Samosas and Chicken Pakoras. For knowing how to cook Samosas plus i have tried from other places and cuisines Sara's Samosa is the best so far!! Highly recommend it. Lentil soup that my husband ordered was definitely spicier than your typical Mediterranean lentil soup but it was delicious.For the entree we had; Boneless Chicken Curry , Butter Chicken and Chicken Briyani , all served hot and fresh . Very generous on portion size and perfectly cooked tender chicken in all 3 dishes.Naan and garlic Naan also came hot , fresh and generous amount of butter on top ?The owner of the restaurant helped us, he was friendly ,explained everything since we told him it's our first visit . He was very courteous.Prices are definitely fair when you get large and delicious portions.
Excellent food. Very fresh. Waiters treat you like family. Ali and Hasan were some of the best waiters I have ever got through the many restaurants that I have visited. Gave great recommendations (butter chicken). Highly recommend. Going to recommend to others.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted just as family. The service was awesome! The staff was very attentive and super friendly! The food was so delicious.I know that when I go in again, I won't be disappointed. I just want to thank max for the delicious mango drink.
This was our first time here & they did not disappoint!Some of the most satisfying and delicious food on this planet! The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was pleasurable with the perfect background music. Pricing is perfect for the large portions they serve. The people who work here are so friendly and make you feel welcome.Seriously if you haven't been here you will find this one of your favorite places to dine, once you do.
The food is exceptional, it tasted fresh and delicious. Our server, Hassan, was especially helpful and attentive, and was very friendly and gave off a radiant energy which exemplified his positive attitude. Amazing service I was presented with and great food when I came in today to enjoy a meal for my first visit here. I will definitely be coming back again, and referring family and friends.
