Just went. No one wears a mask. Ordered Chef sandwich with sweet peppers. Went through this thing about an Italian beef with cheese is a cheef. Okay. Come out and there is no cheese. Wait another 5 mins. And was salty as all hell and had been overly wet so couldn't pick up the sandwich because it fell apart. The top was toasted twice so was hard as a rock. Not going back. Maybe long line at portillos would be worth it now.
Ordered on line, credit card charged, never received pizza. Called restaurant never received order.
I absolutely love Rosatis but the last 2 times I’ve gotten pizza from this location, there has been very little, if any sauce on the pizzas. I called and spoke to them and was advised that they would credit my account which was not fine either time. Not only are they skimping on ingredients, they lie to you. I will NOT ever order pizza from here again!
Ordered online turned out to be third party “slice” they add a fee for using online ordering, got restaurant they were confused and had trouble locating my order, the pizza was horrible crust was not clocked RAW and greasy had to throw it over health concerns, one star is too many

I know it was probably busy on Halloween, but when we got our order delivered, half of the order was missing. When we tried to call the store to see if we could get the rest we couldn't even get through to the store. Also, the thin crust pizza we got left a large crust around the edges since there wasn't enough cheese.
This was the worst experience everrrrr…ordered two 18” pizzas and hot wings got bk to the room and the pizza was cold and barely had sauce been on hold for 20 minutes..went bk up there and they re did the order just to do the exact same thing then said the person is new forgive them…I will not be going bk there and the hot wings was naked with very little sauce also had two fries from idk where and a piece of plastic ughhhh
