Great smoothies but the staff is not welcoming at all, I walked in and was just stared at.
Spencer was the person that serviced me today. Experience was not impressionable at all. I walked in his energy was very dry. However, the next person whom was non African American energy was completely different. So, it was POURING raining outside and I ran in. I parked far down because the parking lot was extremely full. I had a coupon for buy one large smoothie get one free. I advised I can pay and run out and go get it. I was trying to let it slow down, but he insisted i get it. I get it and give it to him and he never returned my other coupon voucher. I then tell him about I felt my experience was and he walks off and start talking to the whole entire staff about me. I own and operate a successful business full time with 10 employees and I make sure they make our clients feel good. Apologize and empathize, but I guess that wasn’t taught. Instead he sat in the back and pouted while telling his coworkers about me while they ALL turnaround and stare! Good to say I won’t be going back which sucks because the avocado and egg toast is amazing and the strawberry banana smoothie.
Just ordered Hummingbird. Liked it . will return to try another flavor soon.
Had the acai bowl and a smoothie. Very nice and Warm employees who helped understand the menu. Only thing I expected in the bowl was some granola. The smoothie was really good
Staff is always very friendly & pick up orders are always on time. Their açaí bowls are my favorite breakfast meal & the smoothies are great!
We come here a few times a week but last time I found a hair in my bowl… I contacted them and waited a month and no response. Guess they don’t care! But we haven’t been back since because I was so grossed out.

They changed their bowl containers which supposedly gives you the same amount, but there is significantly less fruit than before. Restaurants getting creative with cutting costs, unfortunately at the expense of their products and customer satisfaction. Gotta love inflation.
My fault.. well let me explain. A new location opened up by my home in Plainfield a few days ago and my daughter inadvertently placed an online order at the incorrect location, the one in Naperville. I called immediately to let them know that this was an error and that unfortunately I was not driving all the way to Naperville could they cancel my order and refund the money. I was told that the current staff did not have the ability to do refunds but I could give them my name
