The texture of the chicken is incredible. Crispy on the outside without being overwhelming and super soft on the inside. You don't even have to bite, it'll just pull apart. The Texas toast is really good too, nice and buttered. The fries are pretty good, comparable to Dave's Hot Chicken's fries. The coleslaw was pretty standard. However the sauce is overhyped, too salty and sour. And the chicken itself lacked flavor and was pretty small. The pictures are a little deceptive about their size. That's where Dave's beats this place. And the drive thru line wrapped all the way around

Big chain that does well since they specialize in only a few things on the menu. I know they’re in Minnesota also besides Illinois not sure what other states. Good quality chicken and tasty sauce that keeps people coming back time and time again. Certainly one of the favorites of my son.

Extremely disappointing - much better options out here for chicken fingersI found the tenders very average tasting and very small compared to some of the best chicken joints around me (Chicago Suburbs, if you're there try Chicken Lit, hands down the best fried chicken you'll ever have. I get it with one of the dry rubs, szechuan dry rub, and their yummi sauce)The sauce is of course subjective but a little on the sour side - it's just a mix of ketchup, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce - I found Chic-Fil-A to have better dipping saucesThe bread was absolutely anemic - was the size of half of a hot dog bun if you basically broke it in half lengthwise, and had no crunch or real flavor, just buttered a bit and tossed on to grill for 30 seconds.Did not try the coleslaw so no review on that. But honestly I would go to other chicken joints over this.

Lemonade is so good. Chicken is always good and the bread is such a plus, lightly toasted. Canes sauce is so good too. Yum

More often than not, I’ve been very happy with this location. A couple times my order was messed up, but not terribly. They’re almost always super quick to keep the line moving and get my order out. Foods great.

Box combo best bang for your buck. I’d recommend having some fruit or something fresh after to cut all the grease and carbs. Count on getting a cholesterol induced coma for about an hour after. Worth it every time. Just don’t wait to eat the food until you get home. Eat it when it’s hot or you won’t enjoy it nearly as much.

Probably the best super simple fast food Chicken Tenders you can get. The dipping sauce is fantastic. Fries are very good too. Minus one star for the lack of variety. The atmosphere is a bit spartan and sometimes it is quite busy and not the cleanest - a teenage magnet on Friday/Saturday nights (not a lot of places for them to hang out nearby).

In need of feeding kids after a long day and late night, it was Canes for the win! They sell Sweet Tea, BY THE JUG!! What a fabulous thing to know! The kids were happy with their recommended meal. The only downside is that they only have Coleslaw as a Gluten Free option.

I went here on the drive through since it was full of people inside. There is also a long line in the drive through, but it moves pretty fast and I did not wait in line for a long time. Generally, I like this fast food restaurant even though they have limited options on their menu. Their employees in the drive through were nice and friendly. It was just really quick and I got to order the box combo, which is four pieces of chicken fingers with fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a drink, which is really perfect and my favorite combo. Everything was fresh, and the chicken fingers and fries were hot and crispy. Their chicken fingers are really good, especially with their own sauce. They give a sufficient portion of their sauce, which is really good because the taste is superb paired with the chicken fingers. Fries and coleslaw are both okay. It was a good lunch at a reasonable price. I just wish they put more options on their menu so there would be more choices. I'd say the price of the box combo is reasonable still. I also wish that they would at least give a larger portion of their chicken fingers and fries.

The chicken is not dry which is a plus but Canes does not season the chicken so it is tasteless and it’s not crunchy; the tenders are soft and soggy. The sauce is ok but I’m not crazy about sauces. So if you don’t like sauces and wet chicken, your eating chicken with no flavor. If they added seasonings to their chicken it would be really good. Disappointed :/
