Best service than any other Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
You’ll never get your order right here and they are stingy with sauces like bbq ranch…Very rude too.
I will never go back to this place again. I paid around $32 for the 14 peice family meal and all I received is a box full of drum sticks and legs! I could have went to Walmart and got a bag of drumsticks and legs if that's the case. When I called, the lady told me that the meal should come with 3 breast and 4 thighs and I told her that it did not even have that. In mid conversation she became quiet and the phone hung up. What a waste of time and hard earned money. I used to always come here but no worries I won't ever waste my time again buyers beware! Your order may be incorrect! You may have a worker hang up on you and your stuck spending money on what you don’t want. BUYER BEWARE!
No English speaking employees. A 12 or 13 year old working behind the counter. The men's bathroom had so much grease on the floor that the grease was still on my shoes hours later slipping and sliding everywhere.
It's 6/24/2022, there are plenty of places to congregate & to sit down and eat. EXPLAIN TO ME WHY the dining area is off-limits & closed at this location? If it's because you're stupidly mandating or following COVID restrictions, then tell me WHY there's three employees standing in close proximity about a foot away from each other & they're not working or doing anything that justifies receiving a paycheck? The drive thru & the pick up line was completely vacant & rightfully so. I'd intended to stop by to try the chicken & see if it was as sub-par as I remember it being at another location from over a year ago. No more second chances, my money & my patronage is going elsewhere & I'd suggest to anyone with a brain that they do the same.
Poor customer service. When I placed an order at the drive-thru they forgot an item. I told them about it and they kept telling me it was in the bag and it wasn't. They asked to look at the bag and when they did they added the item back. Then they told me that the item was in there and that it probably fell on the floor of my car??? It did not fall on the floor of my car. They forgot to put it in there. A simple I am sorry and add the item that I paid for was all that was necessary.
Since when does Popeyes run out of shrimp? And what happened to the chicken sandwich that was all the rage? Somebody is skipping some ingredients and drying out the buns. Do better.
The employees are rude and or not friendly every time I go there and literally everytime they forget something in our order or give us the wrong one. One time my chicken sandwich was undercooked and I couldn't even eat it.
Food is predictable but they have had the front door locked for months... ordering ahead? You stl have to wait in the drive thru
Wings were not as fresh as I'm accustomed to. But overall not bad.
