Had food catered for our wedding! Yes our wedding and what a presentation and win for us!Matt & Sandy were awesome to work with. We’re always looking to support local business. We’ll definitely be eating her re in the future!Great food and great owners!

Great food. Super nice staff. Good margs and great fajitas, next to a bar with tons of beers. What more can you ask?

Was very excited to come here and it was awful. Our server sucked. In total we ordered 4 drinks, and I don’t think any of them had alcohol in it. We also ordered a appetizer that was okay, nothing special. We then ordered a side of queso with the appetizer and it didn’t come out. He randomly came over and said oh the queso didn’t come out, do you still want it? Well yeah we ordered it. He didn’t discount it which I thought he would have. He didn’t come check on us at all. I had to call him over multiple times. It was expensive for what we got. Very disappointed and NOT going back.

Longstanding Mexican fare - a unique nostalgic taste. The chips and salsa and pork tostadas were good. Service was very good.

Just good reasonably priced meals, nice comfy place

Legend of Naperville with some of the most underrated tacos around. Super cool owners to boot.Reading the negative reviews as someone who has gone here for 30+ Years I want to point out the following. There is one salsa not a variety so that person may have sniffed too much glue. If there is more than one salsa it’s usually part of a salsa bar and you are in New Mexico not Naperville.Vegetarian burritos almost always have refried beans. VEGAN burritos have black beans. You simply needed to ask as black beans have been on the menu since the 90s, if not the 70s at this location. Besides, i have seen vegans order refried bean and chicken stock rice burritos at this location thinking they were being smart. Staff can’t keep track of everyone’s stupidity. The average experience in years of servers here is like 36 years, so to claim two people were ignored for money is a lie because most parties are two or even one person and they receive better service than they would get anywhere else. Its a small restaurant that serves food to the bar out of the original tiny kitchen. If one large table comes in it really affects the flow.Claiming everything tasted store bought? As opposed to bought off the street? Grocery stores usually have better quality food than distributors anyway so I am confused.Everyone needs to realize the difference between the newer taquerias serving trash and a kid friendly family restaurant serving delicious tacos.Small portions? That is 1000% false.Better food at taco bell? Sounds cool, but I actually did a side by side taco test between T Bell and Pepe’s and taco bell tacos are extremely low quality when put in that context. TBell doesn't even warm the taco tortillas or offer corn tortillas and each taco is wrapped in one cheap tortilla. Pepe’s uses El Milagro which are delicious. Pepe’s was founded in the 60s, so not sure how that's imitation hispanic dishes when you are an OG.Just make sure you don’t get caught in the middle of a B5 in progress without backup.

Most enjoyable tostada/flautas/mango frozen margarita. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly waiter.

First issue is the lack of service. It seems that half the staff think their jobs are a joke and are there for social hour rather than to work. Second issue it’s a poor excuse for imitation Hispanic dishes with less seasoning than instant rice. I’ve seen better food come out of a Taco Bell window or a microwave.

Tasty food and margaritas

Jackie is fanatic! Always great to see Hector as well!
