First time trying this place. They have an extensive menu but I went basic with a gyro, crinkle fries, and popcorn chicken bites….all made fresh and was tasty! The gentleman at the drive up window was so helpful and patient with me while I was trying to decide what to order. Will definitely come back and try their crispy rolls which I hear they are known for. Thanks for the wonderful quick service “wonder woman” ?
It was my first visit to Patelli's Gyros & Beef. They have a varied menu of Greek Gyros, Italian Beef and other Chicago food favorites. They offer the "Crispy Beef", which is an Italian Beef encased in a shell, then deep fried. I ordered one, along with Onion Rings.The "Crispy Beef" is served with aju. The sandwich is unique, but doesn't disappoint. The Onion Rings were crispy, hot and tasty.If you are looking for a quick and casual lunch spot, I would recommend checking out Patelli's Gyros & Beef.
Worth the visit! Extensive menu keeps me coming back to try new things. Hot dogs are fantastic, but so are their fries, pizza puffs and mozzarella sticks! Staff members are also super friendly. Can't wait to come back!
The crispy Italian beef roll from this place is the talk of my friends, and it was from this fast food restaurant. I had never been before, which piqued my interest and compelled me to pay this place a visit without hesitation. The place is nice and it is like the normal fast food spot. It is clean and a bit spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the counter are also very nice. Their menu is somehow huge, with a variety of options. There are also different crispy rolls on their menu, aside from the crispy Italian beef roll that I ordered with fries and a drink. There is a little wait, but I consider the service quick. At first glance at the food, I noticed that it was bigger than I thought it would be. It is fresh and hot. It really has got a nice crunch. It was definitely crispy. What got my attention is definitely the flavor of the meat. The beef was so juicy, tender, and full of flavor. I definitely like it and visiting the place for the first time is definitely worth it. I am also curious and would love to discover their menu. I highly recommend this spot.

I love Patelli's! Varied menu which has something for everyone. Not every menu item is appealing to me but I do like their burgers and chicken sandwiches. Staff is great they always do a good job when I am interacting with them.
First time there and not bad good amount of food for prices we enjoyed it will go back for sure
I ordered a crispy beef and fries. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy. No problem. I asked for American cheese in the beef. No problem. Friendly cashier aka Wonder Woman as the receipt stated. Establiment clean. Bathroom clean. Parking lot clean. Beef had flavor and was very hot & juicy. I can see someone thinking the juice may be grease but it was not. Saved half for later. Put in baked in oven to reheat, came back nice & crispy.
Went here last night with my cousins. 2 of us got the fried Philly, 1 fried Italian beef and 1 gyro. WE ARE ALL SICK WITH FOOD POISONING!. It’s not even a fried egg roll they use large tortillas like for burritos and it was so soggy and full of grease. We are all so sick it’s ridiculous I have never had food poisoning this bad I almost went to the hospital. WON’T be back!
First of wanted to start by saying that for the first time coming to this place I was surprised by there food!! Came in with my wife and son and ordered a few meals we were to hungry didn't get to take that many pictures like I should of but that says everything it was delicious!!! I ordered the mango habanero popcorn chicken with the fries!! If you love a hint of spice then I would recommend there fries with the chicken!!! My wife got a Philly crispy roll that was nice and toasted with the cheese melting in it with the beef juice on the side very well done and good tasting!! My son got the kids menu he had a plain burger with fries and nuggets he loved it didn't leave anything behind!!over all I rate it a 4 out of 5 and that's high for me!! Another thing the staff were really friendly and checking up on you to see how the food was not alot of restaurants do that very nice!! Had the pleasure to talk to COLT person who rang up the orders was very nice and generous of him for giving us large drinks!!Great place to go!! hope yall like this review and i recommend coming there!!
