Panera is great. This location, not so much. Food is a hit or miss. Depends on how the person who prepares your meal is feeling. Dine in: Staff is not friendly and generally not happy to see you as they are busy with drive-thru and online orders. You going inside only makes them give you dirty looks. Order online or go use the drive-thru if you don't want hostile treatment. I probably won't dine-in again at this location. Their staff is most likely happier now. "Thank God, one less dine-in"!
Got the Mediterranean sandwich with a chocolate latte. Sandwich was fresh but for a 16oz latte that costed $5.32 I felt like the taste of both the coffee and chocolate could’ve been a bit better. Still a great experience though and will plan to come back.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I can't get a hold of anyone at this location. I've tried for the past 1 1/2 hour. I pressed the catering option which prompts you to another location and they even emailed and tried calling and still no response. My delivery order was completely wrong. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Usually when people go to work they do their jobs, at this location that's obviously what doesn't happen. I want a full refund and will never order from this place again.
Strawberry poppyseed salad is back. Fabulous mixed green salad with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and mandarin oranges nixed with thin chicken straps. Yummy add a baguette and you are set.

Best place to have a fatteh and a healthy side. I like to use the pick 2 for the mac and cheese with a delicious cobb salad. Employees are always nice as well
Panera Bread is everything! All of the food here is really great and mouth-watering. You will absolutely love every single bite you have here. All of their food is phenomenal. Everything on the menu is really worth trying and can really satisfy your cravings. Their pricing is also great, affordable, fair, and reasonable. You can save a lot of money here compared to other stores around the area. They have sandwiches, salad, bread, pasta, desserts, soups, and beverages. Everything is made to perfection. You can really tell that all of their food is freshly cooked and homemade. They will serve it to you while it is hot. Their menu is really mind-blowing and awesome! Panera Bread is exceptional! Their place is huge, clean, neat, nice, decent, bright, and organized. It has a good ambiance inside, the tables and chairs are perfectly aligned, and they also have interesting decors and designs. The whole place is very welcoming. The only problem I’ve seen the time I visited this place is the service of some of their staff, some of them are not paying attention to some of their customers, and also they are not that good. But still, this place is really great. They can still satisfy the customers and give the customers an amazing experience. This place is really a gem! They are one of the most visited spots here in Naperville. If you are nearby this area you must visit this place. You will absolutely love everything they have here. This place never disappoints. Panera Bread is highly recommended! I will definitely go back and visit this place again. Thank you for your awesome service! Kudos to all of you!
I ordered the green goddess cobb salad with chicken and the lettuce was yellow and going bad. Very disappointing
It is very ridiculous to deliver food without the proper items to go with it! How do you expect me to eat my soup with out a utensil? Some times you send no spoon, no fork no knife? No butter for bread when you specifically ask for it. I pay $22 for a one person lunch. That isn't even that much food. And I can't even get butter for my bread.
Joined the coffee club. As a vegan, it's pretty special to always have almond milk plus this store offers syrup so no need to "fix" the cup. Extra benefit was discovering half price bagels on tuesday!!!
