Friendly staff and decent speed. However food is never made consistently. Sometimes chicken green beans are soft and sometimes crunchy.
Usually great. This time not so much. Lot less meat then they usually give and seem to have smaller pieces and I different sauce.
I love Panda Express if I'm starving and the healthier options like their super greens is great. I hope panda express tries their best with locally sourcing food which they might.This location for some reason is always under staffed. Also, either you can exclusively go in and order or only go through the drive-thru. I hope this changes soon as I feel bad for the people who do work there because it must be stressful.
Ordered a fried rice plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef. When i tell you i got home and saw what I got I laughed. Literally 4 measly pieces of beef, rice was pale and hard with no flavor. This particular store has gone way down in quality. Considering the price serving this is unfair to the public. I dont want a refund I want you to be better.
Where to start… first the dining room is closed and you cannot even walk in to order & take out. Which you’d think would be ok since they have a drive through, however since your order may not be correct on the first try you may have to get in line all over again to have them correct it.I would definitely check to make sure your order is right before you pull away from the window.Not all food and drinks are available all the time and there is the unpleasant demeanor of the employee that is working at the window. To make matters worse their food has become very overpriced. Just over $46 for two adults and two kids (2 double entree meals & 2 single entree bowls and 3 soft drinks).Go to a mom and pop Chinese takeout restaurant instead, way better food, save money and save yourself from the bad attitude.
I ordered brocoli BEEF but they gave me brocoli only. No thanks for your caring about my health.
Drive thru is so slow its been 30 mins and I still am behind a car waiting to take their order. This is ridiculous they need to speed it up here.
Although the lunchtime drive through was busy, the food was fresh and good. The line moved well. The people were friendly.
I definitely don’t mind going here. Food has always been good and friendly service every time, even when they are busy!When they’re low or out, they do let you know estimate wait time until they have a fresh product.Been here plenty of times and will continue to visit.
They didn't have online order prepared; the order slip was on the counter with a few other slips and I had to point it out to the employee. They were very busy but there seemed to be a good number of employees. After I pointed the order slip out, he prepared my order very quickly. Of note, he handled money with his gloves on but didn't bother to change the gloves when handling food.
