Few surprising changes recently (?)....Asking for tip while ordering food ? (tips usually reflect service received). After ordering food we tried to find clean table, we could find none, had to wipe one of the tables myself. food is now served in plastic takeout containers (rather small) while dining in, it just doesn't taste the same... Sorry, but I will not be visiting this place again.
Worse service ever we walk in @ 8:55pm thinking they close at 10pm based off google after several minute of these teenagers just walking by making eye contact with myself and family members they finally decide to say something at 9:06pm asking us if we needed anything and we respond yes we need to order and they respond we closed at 9pm and walk away. Worse service ever stay away from this location.
Food was decent. Two young women we interavted with were very helpful, informative and nice
Ordered a med salad a week ago (delivery) - they forgot the noodles. Not a huge deal, I didn't complain so whatever. I ordered another med salad with grilled chicken today along with a large diet and cookie (for delivery) and this time they forgot the freaking dressing AND the chicken and the diet was alllll carbonation. No syrup. So I paid 14 dollars for a cookie. Do freaking better. My gosh.
We have visited with our two kids. We found a little bug in the mac and cheese from the kid’s menu. We let them know and requested for the refund. However, the manager charged us the same menu again instead of refund process!!! I luckily noticed right away so told the manager. She did not even say sorry at all. Worst experience on quality of food and services.
Been going to Noodles for Years, always great customer service and really good food. A variety of options that should satisfy most, If not all, dietary restrictions while still providing delicious and filling meals.
DELICIOUS (& big) Sauteed Shrimp..You can buy the Shrimp by itself. Great Macaroni & Cheese, VERY Cheesy. Washed it down with a Fanta Grape.So good, I. had it for Lunch the next day.Nice staff, very informative and polite.
We have a family member who requires special allergy preparation for his dish and they consistently are able to take care of us. And even when it's not quite right, they're willing to fix it for us.
I visited this location yesterday and got a onion creme with rigatoni noodles and chicken and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and fast which is great considering there is a shortage in food service!Thank you I will be back!
They were short staffed but did a wonderful job right at closing. Food was great?
