Chicago deep dish pizza. Need I say more? If someone out of town asks where is a good place to get Chicago style pizza. This is the only place I recommend.
Great pizza and they work the drive up/take out lane very well.
We ordered the large Chicago Classic. Although it arrived early, the pizza was lukewarm and the bottom crust was underbaked. Also, the toppings had slid over to one side. Called and manager was polite and apologetic. He offered to bake us another. We accepted and it arrived hot and toppings were perfect. However, the bottom crust was again very underbaked, and the sauce was watery. Perhaps their ovens require some maintenance because something isn't right.
Convenient and great food . I generally order on line they offer curb pickup.
You cannot beat the consistency of Lou's pizza for deep dish. Even their thin is amazing. Great crew of workers at this location.
I've been going to this location for a very long time. Unfortunately, I believe that they are dealing with staffing issues and picking up a pizza either curbside or take out is usually a bad experience. Pizza is never ready or there's nobody to help you with curbside. Additionally, I feel the pizzas just don't taste the same since it's been sold to a new company. imho
I am writing this review just for the simple fact that I run a multiplex dealer company and was so impressed with the GM Manager Gregg “ I hope I spelled his name correctly my apologies if I did not” but they forgot my salad from my order and when I called he immediately said I am so sorry that happened please let me deliver it to you right now! And got in his car in the middle of a winter storm!!!! This man needs a raise it is so hard to find good hard working people these days.Thank you again to Greg!!! And Happy new year!!!!!!!!
Go to place for Friday ‘pizza’ night especially if you are up to Chicago Style pizza; take out / curb side pick up well organized and on-time , almost every-time. Where it can do better is on weekly specials where it’s a bit disappointing that menu and price remains the same.
Still waiting for my order.It is now 648pm.... was supposed to be here by 615 at the latest.Have been on the phone, waiting for someone to answer.... now going on 10+ mins .Will they ever answer.... will my order ever get delivered?Call Marcos in the future.
Showed up at time I was given for pizza pickup 45 minutes after placing order). It wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. If you respect your customers you should either have pizza ready on time, or call them to let them know of the delay.
