Went there with the family for a taste of home. The service stank to say the least. Staff all standing around talking. The menu was the biggest disappointment. They made everything digital now so you can't just order, you've got to use your phone to see the menu. This caused all sorts of issues. 5 people, looking at their phones individually, trying to order together but pay with cash. No option for cash even. We wasted about 15 minutes trying to figure everything out then we left and went to spend our money elsewhere. Just like South Africa, Nandos has gone downhill. I won't be back.
This place slaps. We are from Indianapolis and every time we come up to Chicago, we make an effort to stop at Nando’s. Our most recent visit at the Naperville location was awesome. The staff members greeted us kindly and made sure we knew how to order. Furthermore, the owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking, and even let us try some sauces that we haven’t yet tried. We will obviously be back, and appreciate the service!
We usually go to the Oakbrook location but haven't had any great experiences there lately, so we decided to check out the Naperville location Instead. Glad we mad this choice, we were pleasantly surprised by how good the service was, everyone was so accommodating and it didn't feel like you were going to a chain restaurant. It felt like you were in a MA and PA shop; the way they paid attention to all the customers and went beyond what's expected of them. One of them even helped me placing the order manually at the register since it wasn't taking the gift cards I had on the browser.I can't quite explain it clearly, but I think they are under good management, and it shows. Even the manager was literally filling in to do everything, seating people, grilling, even sweeping at one point.Besides the great service, food was amazing. Decided to get the chicken wings instead of thr Platter that we usually get. This is probably going to be the only Nando's location I'll be going to from now on.
First time at Nando’s, food was very good. Ordered the Peri Chicken Tender bowl and I’d like to return to order other options. The ordering process was semi easy for a first timer. I did like the fact that one can order from a table and have the food delivered there. The one thing I did not like was how sticky the tables were hence docking of one star. It wasn’t just my table as another customer did speak out and requested for their table to be cleaned. There really were not many customers so no reason for tables to be sticky. I will return because of how good food was.
Loved this place and the food. We were able to meet the co-owner and he was very accommodating. Well definitely be back.
I love nandos. But this is the worst location of them all. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me. They always make up their own rules and pick who gets to dine in. I called earlier to make sure dine in was open and when I arrived they denied me dine in when there is other customers clearly dining. Last time it was closed but Google said it was open. Sounds like bad management to me.
Last time we ordered dinner, the food didn’t taste good. The meat was dry, not enough sauce. The standard of the food has gone down significantly. Additionally, there are always orders missing when we order carry out.
Was very disappointed, could stop there. But won't. For a business that serves chicken you would think they would know how. It was the driest meat I every ate. Was vacationing from Florida, wanted a good experience with family, this was not it. Their sauces was very tasty, the rest of the meal, for 7 people was very expensive and surely not worth it. Will stop now because I keep remembering other things that were so sad.
Nandos Peri Peri. Amazingly delicious chicken. It was so soft that it would just melt and fall of the bone. Perfectly grilled and marinated. It goes well with Hot Peri Peri Sauce. Service level was equally amazing at this location. The manager was also equally involved in making sure everyday taken care off.
Food was great. We were hiding out the rain for our engagement photos and the manager let us use their upstairs area to get some great shots.
