Overall terrible experience! I waited in line to order and the lady seemed unsure of what the pizza was that I wanted when I only asked for sausage. They also didn’t wear any gloves while making the pizza. We said it was to eat there and then we got it to go. The place was so dirty and there was pizza on the floor and hair on tables. We payed for a large cup then received a small then we’re told they didn’t have large cups. We also didn’t receive a receipt either. Overall terrible experience wouldn’t go back ever again. Better to save your money and go somewhere else.

This mod is personally a excellent experienced staff members are thoughtful and cheerful as they prepare meals that come out great every order , I drive 40 minutes just to visit this spot , it’s clean , fast yet orderly and a pleasure to visit , shout-out to Isabelle and Duncan for personally serving a outstanding experience ! Their customer service is an example of what makes dining in and takeout worth the investment and an experience where the customer is at ease

Absolutely horrible. Long wait. Rude staff is clearly poorly trained. Tables dirty. My pizza came out burned, kid behind the counter argued with me about how burned it was. I threw my food out and walked out— complete waste of $20 coming here. The Anthem Ale House across the street is wonderful— go there instead.
Mod pizza has great food and we got the pizza pretty fast. They were pretty busy when we got there but you couldn’t tell due to how quickly we got the food. We had 4 kids with us & they all finished the pizza.
Nice low key pizza joint with a very unique "whatever you want on your pizza" style.Very reasonable pricing as well.I would suggest getting a regular size pizza with whatever toppings you want on it. It's just enough for 1 adult meal.Definitely worth repeat visits.
MOD Pizza is a great spot to grab a lot of delicious comfort food, the pizza here is so delicious, it has so many toppings, the sauce has a right portion, and the pizza is so thin and crispy. You will absolutely love how unique their pizza is in this place. You can also choose from their huge selection of flavors, they have lots of combinations, and also mix toppings. Their staff is so kind, decent, and attentive. They treat all of their customers so well, they all know how to manage and serve all of the orders so right and good, and also all of them are very personable and they respect all of their customers. Outstanding customer service. Everyone who works at this place is doing their job so perfectly and great. You all must visit this place, they are so easy to find, and their location is very accessible. You can visit anytime you want. You will definitely love the whole place and its ambiance. MOD Pizza is a gem in this of Naperville. I would really love to go back and visit again to order again their awesome and delicious pizza. Can’t wait to try and explore more flavors they have. Honestly, they were so busy, they forgot to charge me. It seems like everyone basically ignored me when I was trying to pay. I mean, I’m not mad because I got free food. But at least a “hello” or “give me a moment” would have been nice. 5 stars because the free pizza.1 star for customer service
We stopped tonight at MOD and were disappointed. They had plenty of staff on, but not properly trained. Ordered a few signature pizzas, but the staff wasn't sure what went on it, I guess, because ingredients were messed up; and mix matched couple of modifications. Then we waited quite long in a crowded corner to get our pizzas, and after finally getting our food found no open tables to sit. Crazy!
