The interior is cute but cool enough for adults. Staff is friendly. Best of all the food is good. Tried grilled pork bahn mi and customized bubble tea- lavender and rose mix with tapioca bobas in black tea. As an adult the bubble tea is a bit too sweet for me but you can ask for less sugar. i can see their flavor, size and the price fit right in the range for children. It’s a nice place for parents and kids to enjoy.Update: tapioca bubbles are not the same texture as what you would see in specialty bubble tea stores. You want to eat them within that day because they get pretty suggy the next day
Great spot for Bahn Mi and Boba Tea. Large selection of flavors and great customizability for all items. Recommend a toasted Bahn Mi, Medium Spice Fries, and the Calamari Rings especially. Can't wait to come back to try different flavor combos and to try other Bahn Mi fillings!
The food was excellent! BBQ pork and grilled chicken banh-mi for the adults and crispy chicken nuggets for the kids. Be prepared for the Cajun fries, spicy. Will be back again.
The boba tea is excellent, Brown Sugar Milk Tea is my go to, and the tapioca is always great. Their Green Tea with Pineapple is also a winner. The Ube waffles are SO good, probably one of my all time favorite treats. The texture is awesome. They have a punch card loyalty program, and the staff is always so friendly, and never a long wait.

Great little hole in the wall, perfect for a quick snack and grab spot or just hanging out after hitting up the nearby Y. Tasty, varied selections, good bubble tea...priced pretty high for what you get, but still solid overall. Would recommend the regular milk tea with bubbles and the pate bahn mi. The crispy chicken is also excellent.
Awesome atmosphere! They have tons of options for boba and even snacks like sweet potatoes fries! They have tons of cool lighting and nice private seating booths!
Such a cute little cafe! I ordered the BBQ pork báhn mì, Cajun fries, and rose milk tea with boba. Everything was perfectly cooked and intensely flavorful. The owners were also super friendly and welcoming. This place is definitely going on my list of local favorite spots.
I’m shocked at all the 5 star reviews. I can’t speak to the banh mi but the milk tea is was horrible. The tea they used was very watered down so the drink tasted like sweet water/milk. I asked for the drink to have less sugar and it was very sugary. Can’t imagine the normal amount of sugar they use. Wouldn’t come back here for drinks.
Very tasty food here especially the banh mi. We were looking forward to grilled pork banh mi but had to settle for pork belly which was very very good. We also ordered crispy chicken and calamari rings which were also good. Will definitely go back to try out other items on the menu.
