The food is great delicious, the staff are generous and the place is very cozy

I recommend everything! The atmosphere is wonderful! The food is awesome! And it came in a very quick time. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

This restaurant does so many things right but it is so expensive, I unfortunately would not return. I just feel like you get nickel and dimed when you order. You'll end up ordering a bunch of small dishes, the food will come super fast, but it all totals up to a ridiculous price tag in the end. It doesn't seem like you get a lot of food for how much you spend. If you look at the photo I attached to my review, the total was $120... Not including a tip. This barely fed 3 people too.Is it good - yesIs it worth it - noThat essentially makes this place a one and done restaurant in my opinion.

One of my family’s favorite dim sum restaurants to go to! We usually come in a really large party (20-30 people) and they always do an amazing job at keep up with us! It’s always so packed and busy when I go which I think is always a good sign. Their dim sum is one of the best but so are their family style dishes. Plus the way you order using a tablet makes everything run so much smoother.I just recently tried their brown sugar boba tea, and that was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! I heard their avocado smoothie was also delicious. I always love good food with the family, and it’s nice to have our go-to places where we know there is also incredible service. Hopefully I’ll have more opportunities to take and add photos, all the food is gone so quick!

Good enough dim sum with pretty fair price, BUT the service and environment is SUPERB!!The staffs are VERY polite, prompt and helpful. Despite how quickly the place filled up, the service is extremely fast and the dim sum comes to you in rapid firing succession!! The oolong tea is nice and hot!Soft Cantonese and mandarin music playing softly in the back group in a space that is bright, beautiful and very open! It is just a wonderful place to be.Now the dim sum left some to be desired. The food domes very quick and they aren’t terrible, but I have certainly have better tasting dim sum in NY, SF or even Detroit. However the price is reasonable so this isn’t a total lost.Would I come back? Yes, but I will also be trying other places first before making this a “MUST” for my next visit.

Very nice restaurant to go to if you are looking for Chinese. The atmosphere is nice. Food was amazing. Had some steamed pork buns, fried rice, lots of shrimp, chicken, and beef. Everything was amazing, decor was very pleasing to the eye, large tables with a turn table (to share the plethora of food you get). Staff was great, very attentive.

the food is so so good. there is so much good food to choose from and it all comes out within a reasonable, timely manner. the place’s environment is also very nice and clean. the only problem is how busy it gets and the staff is always rushing. it’s kind of understandable but sometimes the staff can tend to come off as rude because of how rushed they are.

I love the ambiance of this restaurant. It brings me back to high quality restaurants in Asia. It has lots of space, high ceiling, clean, and bright. They have huge round tables for a large party, or small tables for two. I like the white linen, very clean looking, very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything you want about the menu. The food was excellent! Truly, this is how authentic Chinese food tastes like. Kudos to the Chef!!! I don't need to go back to Singapore to get the genuine Chinese flavors you find only in local Asian restaurants. This is the real Chinese Cuisine! I wish we have a MingHin in Edwardsville.

We called after 11am hoping to book a table and were told they were full booked yet for only 2 people should not be a long wait - arriving some 25 min later we found their car park full, proof they were packed inside. Luckily the receptionist said there were the small tables for 2 available and we jumped at the idea of taking a small table rather than wait together with the twenty something people waiting for big tables - even as we left the same madness continued, proof this place is always packed with lovers of Chinese food at the weekend, when apparently is busy from before mid day until after to 2.30pm and then in the evening. We chose the usual: 3 types of dim sum, crab rolls and while we were sharing the soft shell crab and beef rice we realised we could not eat anymore so decided to take, just like everybody else, a pack home, which probably is going to be enough for more than 2 meals for me. The most expensive was the soft shell crab a bit too salty for me, just shy of 20 USD, yet excellent value for money compared to what you get in London for example. And yes, we will be back for more. The staff is friendly, the manager is always around - and they move pretty fast.

Food in MingHin is always delicious. You can't go wrong. But service and seating quality is not the best. This location looks so fancy and they really put thought into the decorations but it's a bit outdated and the chairs are all damaged and ripped. Table setting is pretty simple and I actually liked the fact that they have chopsticks and forks right of the bet on your plate. They always serve hot herbal tea up front and it's very tasty. Our server was polite and helpful in ordering the food and answering the questions. Side note: they bring the food as soon as it is done so it might happen to be one dish at a time. This time we ended up waiting 15 additional minutes for the nuddles after we got everything else. The manager was very professional and would check on us regularly. What I didn't really appreciate was the fact that we felt rushed into paying and leaving after we were done eating. Our server even stuck her hand and tried to get the receipt from me while I was still filling in the tip for her. After that, we had 3 different people come by and just grab dishes of the table. Granted it was half an hour before closing time but it just made us feel unwelcomed at the end. Aside from that, would totally recommend this place.
