This place has great fries... they have a impossible burger, and they make great Hawaiian burgers and they are amazing, alsomy kids love the kids burgers... its just our best and only favorite burger place. I'm not a fan of the hotdogs because they don't have hotdog bread but a slice of sandwich bread and my autistic kids just can't handle that. But the burgers top notch ?. Perfection
The burgers in this restaurant are really good, no doubt. I sometimes go in here for their burgers whenever I want to, and they are really good. The place is also a nice place, with a lovely interior and a clean exterior. That is why sometimes, even if I did not plan to go in here, I will just come to eat burgers here and also just to experience the restaurant's lovely atmosphere and vibe. However, my perception of this somehow changed when I recently bought something in the drive through. I ordered in the drive thru, and I did not expect that the line would be long, so I waited, which really took a long time. I just wanted a burger, some fries, and a shake. Just those two. I paid and got my order, and I did not even check it. I left the restaurant until I got home, only to see that the fries I ordered together with the burger and shake were missing. I was really disappointed that time. It was just really nice that even if the fries were gone, the burger would still taste deliciously consistent. It only happened to me once, so I might skip their drive through next time.
Delicious Chili Fries made with their signature potato fries, small chunks of beef in chili sauce, and cheese. I ended up with not enough chili and cheese to go on my fries, would have liked more for the price. Otherwise though, it was good. The condiment and dining areas were clean and the service was efficient.
I like the burgers from this restaurant. Their burger is not the only thing I like about them because they also have other good things that they offer, including their great customer service. Their employees are nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere and vibe are nice, with something that feels cozy. They have numerous different options on their menu, but I would always order their turkey burger and fries. Those two were the perfect combo that I had from this restaurant. The restaurant was packed, which may be why I had to wait a long time for my food. I guess the waiting was all worth it after my order was served. They always make their burgers fresh with all the ingredients, and they are delicious. The seasoning and flavor are perfect, and I really like it so much. I like their crispy and well-seasoned fries too. The prices are all worth it with their satisfying foods, even though the portions are not really generous.

Horrible experience again..munster location used to be my go to but the passed month I stopped going there because of the gentleman (manager ,tall male around 35 always wearing a beanie) he's always so rude and short with you and always seems annoyed to answer my questions along with the lady who originally greeted me who was constantly standing all on the taller gentleman being way to flirty in front of customers! Like come on you know better at that age so unprofessional..not to mention everytime the drive through window opened all I'd smell was marijuana! Last night I decided to go to this location since I was in the area, the SAME GENTLEMAN was also at this location being just as rude and again reeking of the marijuana. Thats how I knew forsure it was the same gentleman. So disappointing. Idk what's happening to this company.. maybe it's just hard to find hard working people. Sucks because I loved this place. Maybe I'll come back in few more months.
Great foodButNot sure why, but it seems to be a reoccurring theme that the manager is turning off their online ordering system. It’s been 3 separate occasions where we have placed a delivery order only to not have it completed to where we have to drive ourselves to the location and every time the manager goes “oh oops looks like we didn’t get it” and then turns on the computer and suddenly receipts start printing out and then makes our Oder in front of us.. just seems kinda shady
Disappointed in product today. Ordered to go, Angus burger, with fries and chocolate shake. Burger bun was soggy, burger did not have normal crisp edges, also chocolate shake had a weird pepper/spice like initial taste. I called them at around 1230 to let them know, they did not pick up the phone. I tried again around 130, lvm. No one has called back. Something has changed in this place.
Good Cajun burger. Good for the person that isn't expecting huge wild flavors, but wants a lot of jalapeno throughout. I'd still save my money and go for a burger from Red Robin or Chili's, and ask them to customize for less, and fries included.
