The service is good, the staffs are friendly and approachable. Their food is very appetizing. Quantity of the food served is right to its value. The dishes looks palatable and yummy. And I felt valued that the amount I've paid is worth the meal. The theme of Mcdonald's seems like they are capturing their main target guests-the children.
Very nice, got everything right surprisingly! most McDonald's when busy usually get it wrong, don't know how considering all thee employees they hire just like portillos and I've always gotten my order right with them(portillos) other then that I give it 5 stars cause of service and how quick and fast they get ya threw there lines now I'm speaking for myself as with many others that go it could be different, but all I know is they Def do right by me and my family when we come.
They are always short staffed. Or they put the new employees at the register without help which slows down the drive thru process. My order is almost always wrong.
The manager was excellent! Kind, friendly and helpful. And the fries were served at the height of deliciousness.
Y'all Naperville customers are the most rudest people . As a costumer myself y'all cant even wait 3 mins to get your order. You guys can't even have little remorse for the workers doing the best to please you. Some of you clearly have never worked in customer service, and it shows.
The staff is great, especially whenthey have to deal with the homeless who all but live on or in the building. There is a wonderful employee that is determine to make me practice my spanish with her everytime I walk in or go through the drive thru. When my company acquired the manufacturing facility across the street, themanager brought cookies to us. They are use to the surge from the next door Swap o rama, the wait is usually short. Probably in the top 3 McDonalds I've ever frequented.
Online order. Missed a sandwich. Now I understand why she pulled the receipt off the bag before handing to me.
Incorrect order. After returning with a receipt and asking for a refund and freshly made food, I got neither. Just old cheeseburgers. When I asked about a refund for my inconvenience both the cashier and the manager said they wouldn't be giving any more handouts. ?? My experience is that sales and profits are this locations main concerns, and not time or value to the customer. Seems to miss the staple values of other McDonalds locations.
Short on staff as other places but they're doing their best. Quick service. Place could use a make over or at least a deep cleaning as bathroom and seating area are not ideal
