Honestly only some mcdonalds deserve 5 stars and i believe this one does. we ordered breakfast here and everything came out fast and everything was in the order. lots of napkins and utensils, perfect tempature and everything tasted great, thanks for a postive experience
i, a teen mom struggle w supporting me & my baby boy (4). he was hungry so i got him a happy meal, only for kelly to blatantly overcharge me and be cold to me at the window. always be kind to people whom you don’t know the circumstances of, i assumed as a manager, she of all people would understand that. i guess not. overall, disappointing. me and my baby boy will go elsewhere
I found the counterman both professional & pleasant....which isn't the norm in today's environment. I really appreciated it !
I was staying at Motel 6 Naperville, IL. I was starving and sleepless at 2 am, so I decided to walk to the MacDonalds, just across the street, but what a disappointing surprise, the guy did not want to sell me anything because I did not come by car (the only option by that time was the drive thru). He said, it was for security reasons. What a ridiculous argument. I know I could have ordered to pick up or a delivery, but this situation refrained me to buy there. I felt like kind of discriminated.

This McDonald's is always on top of their game! Wanna give a big shout out to the night shift staff especially. They're very kind and show that they do the best they can with making the lines go as fast as possible with a smile and happy attitude with everyone they serve. ❤️
They finally have security for the fake homeless person stalking the drive thru and the store for the past 7 months pulling in. He is not homeless and has a trespassing against him the city of wheaton not allowed. He isn't a war veteran and will continue to make fake signs everyday.
Older lady that works at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional to both me and the customer in front of me, almost just walked out. Complete lack of respect for anyone.
