Dining inside been closed. I do not remember paying extra for coffee with my value meal. AM meal was 7.98 with a 1.99 charge for coffee that was part of the meal.
Drive-through is very fast and never had a problem here.
I go this location all the time, employees are very friendly and I will definitely continue to go here.
Their espresso machine is constantly not working, at least when I ask for extra in my coffee... they are pretty fast to fill orders and they ladies are very nice. The guys and girls at the windows are pretty nice also and flexible. But if you order pickup, like curbside pick up, be prepared to wait a little. Or just go in for your order.
Drive thru is terrible. There are two drive thru lanes, but they were only taking orders from the first one. I sat at the speaker a while with no answer while the cars in the other lane kept ordering. No answer from any employees even after asking if anyone was there. Eventually someone answered but asked me about drinks even though I hadn't ordered drinks. Then a different person came on the speaker talking about something else. I eventually just drove off and went somewhere else cause it wasn't worth the hassle. Just block off the second lane if you're not gonna take orders from there; don't have people waiting for no reason. This is the second time this has happened to me; don't know why I went back the 2nd time, but definitely won't be returning a 3rd.
Waited over 5 minutes in front of register for service. Only me there. Totally ignored. I gave up and left. Apparently you need to be in a car to get service and not inside the restaurant.
Great food! Table service. This has always been my favorite McDonald's in dupage!
Decent service sometimes busy and take a while to wait for food but other then that great restaurant for the kids and a quick bite to eat!
Super friendly staff for Saturday morning breakfast! So kind and totally made my day. Fast and efficient, too!
You would think I ordered a steak. this is a joke waiting 20 minutes for a quarter pounder with cheese. McDonalds has become trash. Horrible service. Never go here it's a joke. for the amount of time they take geta real burger. It's faster and healthier.
