McDonald's always tasty. Nothing is bad. Service is very quick. Prices are decent.
Not pleased with the visit. I had to repeat my order several times. And when I asked for my receipt the guy that took the money said the receipt will be at the next window. Got to the next window no receipt because there machine was not working. No solution to me getting a receipt. When I know that they could have had it printed at another machine. Not cool.
Stay awayMcDonald's Never againI had not been to McDonald's for a long time. Stopped at the one at 75th and Naper. The place was empty. Went to the drive through and ordered quarterpounder, large fries and apple pie. Took over 20 min and everything was cold. They also refused to give me a receipt. I have complained through their website but I don't think they care. This place should be closed
I ordered a chocolate shake and it's like they just put a little dab for light color I requested chocolate with the girl did not suggest to add any more chocolate I'm literally drinking a vanilla shake when I ordered chocolate. For those that don't want to give their kids chocolate go to this location but for the ones that do want chocolate I would avoid this location.
I ordered 2 mcchicken with only American cheese. And they gave us the hot and spicy and we are not a spicy family. I called the manger and once I asked for her name she hung up on me. I tried calling 5 plus times. On the last time a guy answered named Andrew and was very helpful and all around great customer service ?
It is a mcdonalds. They spend hundreds of millions of dollars making sure their food is consistent and workers are under paid. You know what you are going to get when you arrive and does not disappoint.
The Entryway, waiting area and dining area were immaculately clean, the service was fantastic and the product is always amazing. We appreciate the family friendly environment and the never-ending display of attention and respect. The foods tasted good because the chicken was tender and juicy since it was well-made. Also, the vegetables were so fresh and natural as they were healthy. Chicken nuggets are BOMB! so, I enjoyed eating them because they were satisfying enough to eat. Quick service, even when they're busy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken.
I went there as a Uber driver to pick up an order in the drive thru and not only was the staff slow but when I red the name on the order the manager reached for my phone she didn’t catch my phone so now I have a cracked iPhone. Poor service, stupid staff I’ll never go to this location again
Above average McDonald's, service was fast, restroom ? was clean.
So I went for a coffee I asked to get 3 splenda and 4 creams I got my coffee drove off taste and was extra sweet stop and check and my ticket said 3 splenda and 4 sugars so I went back I asked to speak whit the manager and she come to the window and I explained what happen she was really nice and say let me change your coffee sir while she was doing that a crew member approach me and say I took your order and I make the right way yeast the way you ordered and I say sorry but you put 4 sugars and no cream you can check the ticket so you will see that mistake and she got angry walked away from the window saint something the I cant not understand the is so not cool
