TERRIBLE! They ALWAYS mess up the order and people are rude. Stay away!
I haven't eaten at the dumpster fire called McDonalds in years! It is difficult to determine of the Styrofoam containers are the food or the vomit inside the container is the food. I don't know how or why anybody goes here.
This place all the sudden closed the kids area on Saturday morning. My kids were so disappointed so we went to CHICK-FIL-A spent 70 bucks because we spent breakfast and lunch there because of the kids area. Thanks CHICK-FIL-A
Charged me 14 times for the same order and then told me they couldn't fix it. This locally owned McDonald's appears to scam its customers!
This McDonald's is across the street from where I work so I frequently go for breakfast before going to work and the staff are always amazingly polite and helpful. I think my order has only been messed up a couple times when it was super busy but usually all my food is prepared super fast and comes out hot and delicious. I cannot stress enough how efficient, polite, and generally helpful the staff is at this location. Typically I go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but I'm sure the level of professionalism and kindness I've experienced is displayed every day. To the staff who works those days- Thank you very genuinely for brightening up my morning and always giving me the pickup I need to start the day!
I went through the drive thru, so can’t comment on the lobby.Food was up quick. Burrito wasn’t as hot as I’d like, but the coffee was what I expect from a McDonalds. Nothing negative to say really.
The employees are nice, but it’s absurd that I have to request hot food everytime I go for breakfast. The hash browns and pancakes are always cold. They even enter it on the order screen as ‘special request’. Why is hot has browns a special request?
Fast food establishments like this have taken a hit with a labor shortage and it shows in their slow service and lack of accuracy. Nothing drives me more crazy than to get home after using drive-thru and find the order is not correct. McDonald's egg McMuffins and similar items reign supreme, while their burger meat quality has gone downhill over the years.
No smile, no eye contact, no verify order…being person in other drive thru went ahead of me due to poor design and timing of orders in front. Held the Apple Pay above where she grabbed it, still inside window, for me to excessively have to reach to it. No you’re all set or thank you. Same at next window, stated order and gave it as turning her back to do drinks.
This is always my last resort McDonalds. They are consistently TERRIBLE. They are soooo slow and ALWAYS get the order wrong. I keep trying to give them a chance but they keep disappointing!!! I hate that this one is closest to the h pi use when traveling from the east side. The dining room is always closed. I HATE this McDonalds with a passion.
