Never had a true chicago deep dish besides Pizzeria Uno, so had to stop and try one visiting chicago. Lou Malnati's is located in the heart of napersville. The restaurant as well as the street outside are undergoing construction. But do not let that deter you. The pizza was very good, the service was good. They had signs up stating that they ship their pizzas anywhere. There is a rear entrance just for carryout pickup. Plenty of parking as well.

Excellent pie and very filling! We enjoyed the buttery, crispy crust, the sauce was full of flavor and the cheese was delicious. Will be back!

Excellent eats. Bit pricy $$. Food was cooked perfectly and had great cheese pulls haha. Servers were busy so inattentive. Waitress came back to our table at least twice to remind herself we needed a box to go. Would dine here again.

Taste was good. the Deep dish pizza small size did serve two people. It was tasty with buttery crunchy crust with lots of cheese and sauce. We had ordered a lasagna too, it was delicious and creamy filled with spinach and cheese. Would visit again.

First time having Lou's since moving here last summer. Place wasn't busy at all and server was great. Pizza tasted good but only complaint was that I didn't feel like the pizza was fresh. Ordered one Malnati's Chicago Classic, 2 thin crust and a personal deep dish pepperoni. None of the pizzas were hot, the toppings were all barely above room temperature but tasted great. I felt like with the wait to cook the deep dish they'd come out to the tables piping hot.Service was good, food tasted good, just wasn't hot.

Wait time to get in is usually pretty long. Online ordering was a little tricky, had to pay in person when we arrived, but the food was hot and ready. There's designated parking on the side for pick up orders. Thin crust pizza is really good, but there were a bunch of random vegetables on our pizza. There was only supposed to be tomatoes, spinach and garlic, but there were random mushrooms and olives. Perfect amount of cheese though. Ranch was pretty thick, not like the runny stuff you get at other places

Great job today at this location! Our waitress was Jennifer and she was amazing. On top of the refills, extremely attentive and brought our pizza out right from the oven.Pizza was cooked perfectly and was piping hot!I recommend this Lou's location- ps. Ask for Jennifer!

I waited for my first pizza with malaria since everyone is always telling me how great they are. I’m from Michigan and recently moved here. I ordered a pizza with a thin crust and veggies. Imagine how I felt waiting for 45 minutes only to get an in cooked pizza that had soaked through the box. All the toppings had slipped off because it was so greasy. What a waste of $25 which I won’t ever do again. I dumped it down the trash bin. Never, ever again!

This is the best pizza I have ever tasted. I had an issue with my online order and the way and manner the manager addressed the issue was so heartwarming. He was so professional, nice and the best service I have ever had. On top of it the pizza was so good that my son who doesn’t like pizza couldn’t stop asking for more…?????

My friends and I wanted Italian and we really wanted pizza. While I'm not a fan of deep dish pizza, the "butter crust" intrigued us. We were not disappointed. Our waiter suggested that we NOT order the large pizza nor the family size salad since there were only 3 of us. He was right! My guests took a lot of salad home and a couple of slices of regular sized pizza. The pizza was fantastic, the salad was crisp and dry and the beer was cold. When I return to Naperville, I'll go back!
