Very very very slow. Took 25 minutes for one breakfast sandwich on a weekday with only one person getting food in front of us.
Nice coffee shop located in city gate complex on rt 59. Kind of an awkward location but surprisingly nice vibes from this Italian style modern cafe. They have a wide variety of coffee and cafe offerings include quite a few with a European twist. Plenty of pastry and food options as well is a clean modern bright interior. Staff is extremely friendly and service oriented and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Very convenient for those staying at the adjacent hotel arista.
If u want cold coffee and cold pastries this is the perfect place for u. I hate to say it but even dunkin is better
One word, AWESOME coffee!!! If you love coffee then You HAVE to check that place.
I went here for the first time today even though admittedly I have never cared for Lavazza, which I find bland. (What isn't bland? Stumptown, Lighthouse, Travelers...) But what the heck, why not give it a chance since this Lavazza location was new to me and in my town? The interior is no doubt dictated by corporate, i.e. lots of red and white, and a bit cold, visually. The seating, I thought, is either too high (stools) or too low (low chairs that you sink into), but those aren't major issues. Unfortunately, my cappuccino was as bland as I remember Lavazza being. I should add that the barista did not put sufficient pressure on the espresso when she tamped it down in the portafiler. Depending on who you believe, something between 20 and 40 psi should be applied. In other words, you have to use some force to tamp down the coffee. But the barista used approximately the same amount of force that you might use to pet a newborn kitten. She was simply going through the motions. This sort of thing can't help the flavor, and some re-training is in order, I think. Perhaps the food is more rewarding, but I'm afraid I can't recommend the Naperville Lavazza, at least not for the coffee.
Great place to grab a coffee or tea. Everyone who works there is courteous and accommodating. You can order online through their website and your order is ready when you get there. Also a nice spot to sit and visit with a friend. ?
I love lavazza coffee, however i was greatly disappointed. I drove 20 min this morning to this location and My coffee had NO TASTE whatsoever. Will not be going back, i make much better coffee at home with my nespresso.
Not too hard to make a pit stop here off of the highway. Stopped in for beans and a capp... the barista was excellent.
What a lovely place to have a cup of coffee or tea. The employees could not have been any nicer acknowledging you when you arrive. My only issue was no options for gluten free.
Love their coffee! There customer service was horrible. I have never been treated so badly at a shop or restaurant in my life. Rude, to say the least. I would choose a bad cup of coffee with great customer service over going back there. Caution, I hope your experience is better than mine.
