This place is overprices for the poor quality coffee. I ordered an iced coffee and that tastes like sewage water mixed with some folgers coffee with no ice. And a plastic straw that shows their support to environment. The decor is pretty depressing , more suitable for a coffee shop in Indiana, not downtown Naperville.

The atmosphere, customer service and coffee drinks are great here. I will definitely be coming back to visit often!

I love this place! The employees are always so polite, the coffees great, and the environment is great. Special compliments to your chef who was a great help when we had a tiny mix up and gave us great service and even better food. ?

Such a huge disappointment. This place is more expensive than Starbucks, which is outrageous. They have nothing unique to bring to the coffee scene. Upon trying their drinks, I was even more disappointed. Never will be worth the price. They use low quality ingredients that you can purchase on Amazon. The employees clearly have no proper training and it taints the experience even more. The floors and surfaces seemed to be untouched and the whole cafe smells strongly of nasty old sewage. This location has seemed to have poor luck over the past few years in terms of the several businesses coming before it going bankrupt or shutting down. I can only see that happening to this poor cafe. You’ll have better luck going to Sweetwater or even (hilariously), Dunkin’.

I got a mocha latte. This drink was severely disappointing. My coffee both lacked the coffee and chocolate flavor. The milk was also badly steamed. The aesthetics and the environment is kinda cute but not worth such a bad quality drink.

Gotta say this place is kind of a bummer. Small, pretty scant/unimpressive food items run for around 12-15 dollars. The furniture is yikes level uncomfortable, we're talking lots of hard wood and 90 degree angles. The cushioned chairs do not have back supports or armrests. The temperature was super hot, had to shed down to my tshirt and was still uncomfortable. My can of kombucha fizzed and exploded when I opened it. My spouse's iced latte tasted like straight milk. We asked for a repour and they remade it at room temperature without any ice. They also had sad piano music playing the whole time? Not a great vibe.

Pretty good drinks and decent food, but everything is far overpriced (even for Naperville lol). The food can be super slow and very inconsistent. The pastries are pretty good, but clearly not very fresh. Some staff seem knowledgeable but most don't seem to know what half the menu is. The decor is cute but noticeably dusty, and there always seem to be napkins and straw-wrapper debris under most of the tables. The only aspect that impressed me was the speed and selection of the drinks. They still weren't worth the price to me, but they were much better than the food. I'm sure if I went to the college down the block, this would be a great place to buy a small coffee and then study here for hours while holding an empty cup so no one bothers me, but that would be it.For about the same price, Sparrow is much higher quality. Sweetwater down the block has a bigger menu and it's better, faster, and a bit cheaper. Even Starbucks is more consistent and has more comfortable seating and you won't spend nearly as much there. There are simply too many better options within 3 blocks to waste my time coming back here.Overall, I feel like La Borra is making similar mistakes as Le Pain Quotidien that was here before it. They both sacrificed efficiency for an interesting menu. They serve sloppy nods towards better cuisine for restaurant prices while giving cafe-level service and serving sizes. Frankly, over $20 for a coffee, some wrinkly greens, and a piece of toast set on a counter just isn't worth it - at least Le Pain had an interesting selection of jam.

The coffee’s are OK But Chilaquiles Are very dry it’s just chips with salsa basically not worth it Very disappointed. But I was more disgusted by seeing one of staff that works in the kitchen preparing food she came out and use the bathroom with her gloves on and then she walked out of the bathroom with her glove still on and when back to the kitchen ?. The cashier very polite but like I said I would not come back here.

Plenty of sitting areas to lounge. Cute and comfy atmosphere. Drinks are always great, pastries are good, entrees alright depending on what you get.Cute but not pictured is the chalk wall they have and available to anyone.

Wow another coffee place in naperville! I was excited to try this and the first time I came I was into it. The coffee was very good and tasted fresh. The espresso tasted good and not like burnt or too strong. Creamy? The cafe is huge and there’s plenty of seating. It’s very cute in there. Ever since though, it seems maybe they are short staffed? Every time there literally two people working. And they take 20 minutes to make a coffee when there’s no line. They are friendly though! Maybe more training would make it run smoother. The most recent time I visited it seemed like the cafe smelled a little like sewer which I know sometimes they can’t help, but it was a little gross. I hope they stay around because it is good coffee and the food they offer is unique! I hope they get more help too!
