The experience was great, helpful, kind, very good service and great food
The food was as good as always. The server did her best. She had 4 tables with a lot of people take manage. I have never had a bad experience and this was no different. Will be back
Our family loves to eat at Kiku. Normally Kiku sets the standard for us when it comes to sushi and hibachi. However this last visit was just sub par. The service wasnât necessarily poor. It was not exceptional though. We specifically asked for two different meals to be split. When they came to the table the waitress seemed surprised that we needed two plates to split the food. Honestly I believe her reaction spoke to why the food was not split up by the kitchen to begin with. The other disappointment was the scallops. Normally they are seared beautifully and seasoned very well. These barely had a sear and they were quite bland. We chose to sit at a sushi table instead of a hibachi. But it should not matter where or who makes the food. Ideally it should taste consistent. So I donât know what happened yesterday. Iâm sure a shortage of workers probably played a role in our experience. Seems every business is having a hard time. We will definitely continue to patronize Kiku unless we start noticing more disappointments.

We had my daughters birthday dinner at Kiku. It was great food, entertaining, and the service was great.
Great experience again at Kiku. We like that they can accommodate our son's food allergies in the kitchen. He always enjoys the experience even though his food is not cooked in front of him.
Chef's are no longer entertaining, wait staff is unresponsive and slow, and prices are ridiculous stupid now for what you actually get - flavorless, undercooked veg and protein. This is really disappointing as our kids used to enjoy the food and ambiance, but that's no longer the case. We will not be back.

I had dinner there Friday night and it was amazing. Service was great, the food was delicious. I had the pomegranate, and passion martini both were so yummy. Pretty big portions. Will deff recommendð
