Hello,We waited in the drive through line for at least 15 minutes. When we finally arrived at the order box we ordered simple stuff all off the menu. I did ask for extra sauce and pickles on the Nashville chicken tenders. We made it to the window finally. The gentleman at the window said they ran out of diet. He said he had the usual plus two types of sweet teas. Then he said he ran out of both of the teas. Understand we just ordered one car before and at the window he tells us in two separate conversations he has ran out of drink choices. The inside dining area was closed so we had to eat in the car. The regular pop we ordered was not filled to the top. And when we get to eating in our car. No napkins we’re giving with fried chicken. Not good service in any manner. Just avoid the restaurant. One good note. The food was delicious. Too bad the service fell flat.
Fast food I enjoy it alone but was very good extra crispy chicken!
The staff at KFC in Aurora were friendly. The manager on duty Friday night was very accommodating with pleasant attitude.
On June 14th, at 7:40pm, we were given 18 pc of chicken instead of 20. I hope whoever miscounted or intentionally kept those two pc will die by getting choked on them, or at least get fired.
The chicken sandwich tasted very old the fries were half brown and half white some had no flavor some had a lot: The Baja blast freeze tasted like straight ice
Terrible service, didn't even get to order food. Drive thru full of cars and everyone leaving 1 by 1. It was only 8pm so they were suppose to be opened and saw workers inside doing absolutely nothing. Is this how yall run a business???
Absolutely horrible they we’re understaffed which is unfair to those working. I waited 30 minutes for my food that was ice cold by the time I got it.
They locked the doors so couldn’t pick up my food. I had to sit in a packed drive through because they wouldn’t let me cancel my order. These guys are devious.
Zero stars should be a choice both for the location and the listing here. You cannot get in or out of the driveway and there is no dine-in or even a line inside for ordering. Online orders only. Will NOT go back.
Not good. Ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal. Sign said chicken was cooked to order but had obviously been laying around a long time. It was hard, dry and cold. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Some of the tenders were only one or two bites, the size of a boneless wing. Biscuits seemed a day old too. The only redeeming part of the meal was the coleslaw. Go elsewhere.
