Went out here for lunch today to celebrate Mother's Day for a party of 4, and was surprised with $ 25.00+ service fee. Theres only 4 of us, not opposed with service fee if 6 and beyond. To top it off, theres another line for tip. I gave a big fat 0. The beef soup, egg rolls & the Malaysian Seafood was very good, but the shrimp chap chea was bland, and the beef short ribs is swimming in grease ?. I had been here multp time, but this is the 1st time were charge with silly service fee that much.

The food is so good, but the service is horrible. I came to this restaurant before and I enjoyed it, but then I come again. I had forgotten to write the tip. I asked the man for a to go cup. After handing it to me, he picked up the receipt, looks that there's no tip yet, yells, "No tip?" grabs the food, that I paid for, from my hands. Then he forced us to leave by starting to clean up when we weren't done. I am so mad; I have never gotten treated like this at a business. The waiter was rude the whole time, and if I wanted to tip, I will. I never want to go there again; he is lucky I didn't call the manager. Horrible.

Do not buy milk tea from this shop. I bought Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Milk tea itself is way tooooo sweat, I can’t taste any flavor of milk or tea. It taste just like a cup of sugar water with milk tea outlooks. And, tapioca taste like last from yesterday.

Milk tea is very sweat。The boba i feel like its been a long time, not chewy at all

This is a much closer location than going to the one in China town in Chicago. This my second time here, and can't say anything negative, because the food is delicious. There is a large variety of food as well as milk teas that are available. The portion are good for the price too. Eating area is medium size, can fit a large crowd. Definitely recommend.

Good PHO, a little different than the others. I've been a little obsessed with Pho lately, trying every spot within the area.So firstly, no chopsticks offered or given so this was my first time eating it with a fork. Chopsticks are a vastly superior tool for the job at hand. The best part of this PHO was the temperature, it was hot enough to SLIGHTLY burn my tongue, perfect. The flavor of the broth was very good and the amount of meat was above average for sure.Okay so the different part was that there's no plate of additional garnish. They put the basil and bean sprouts in for me. I usually crush and tear my basil into bits, they put 3-4 whole leaves in. There was maybe 1/3-1/2 the average amount of sprouts at other places, I always eat all the sprouts and want more. There was NO lime or jalapeno. They did put in more onion than average but it was red onion. I asked for hot chili oil and I'm really glad I did, it too was different, milder and not fried like others I've had, maybe fermented? In the end it wasn't a home run for me but they're doing a different take on it and it was really good.

Stay away from the Korean seafood fried rice. I ended up getting food poisoning. I presume it was the seafood in the dish that did it. Besides that, the drinks are very delicious and worth a try. But seriously, stay away from the Korean seafood fried rice…or any of their seafood for that matter as it is definitely not fresh.

Delicious Asian style drinks! Their menu is so extensive its difficult to know what cuisine they specialised in. Anything from Chinese, Thai, Korean, possibly even Japanese (cannot recall). This place is popular and always busy. But service is quick and efficient and no frills. A good casual place to grab dinner. We didn’t order anything that particularly stood out for us, but we think its worth trying a few more times. Must try the bubble teas and smoothies. Very good.

Love the Mango coconut with green tapioca bubble tea. They have new fruit teas.

Joy Yee is a good spot. I've visited the Chinatown location many time before, and this western suburban location has definitely made it into our dine out rotation. Joy Yee I've always found to be a good value to the money. Portions are generous and you will go home with leftovers. Whether you're in the mood for Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, or Japanese, Joy Yee has a bit of everything on the menu. In addition to a large menu, they do also offer an impressive selection of drinks (milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothes). My personal favorites here are the udon noodles, any of the lemongrass meats, and their coffee milk tea. Service is quick and tables seem to move swiftly even during peak hours.Plenty of choices. Plenty of food.'Til next time, cheers!
