Horrible, incomplete order and they refused to deliver the rest or refund my money for the food they didn’t deliver.
No masks! Only 1 out of 4 workers were wearing masks. With current Covid surge, it doesn't seem responsible or healthy.

Leaving pick-up orders in an unmonitored, public area should be a health code violation.
Delivery so slow you'll freak! 45 minutes and still no food. Had to cancel my order because they were taking so long. But they still charged my card, anyways. You're better off just staying away from this one...head north on 59 for a couple of miles for a much better experience

Closed bathrooms, every other Jimmy Johns have bathrooms open.Charge for a small cup of ice.Do not allow guest to use soda machine, every other Jimmy johns allow pouring your own drink.The drink was full of ice.Employees seem bothered to take an order and make a sandwich.Do not ask if a Jimmy johns reward member.
Staff was not helpful and forgot 3 items and not willing to work with me to solve the problem. The lettuce wrap was not made well and had 1 small piece of lettuce. I would not recommend this specific location.
We were there yesterday at noon. The older female was not wearing a mask while cutting bread although the other 2 employees were wearing masks. Please wear masks when preparing food.
Gave me just a loaf of bread as my sandwich. Had to go back in ?
