Refuse to put mustard on my sandwich for me, tell me to grab a packet instead, and then tell me they are out of packets of mustard!
The food was outstanding and the service was even better. The sandies were made freakishly fast. I strongly recommend
50 minutes by the time the sandwiches arrived. First time it ever took more than 15 min otherwise everything else was great
Jimmy John’s is always an awesome experience for me. Although I felt the male at 12:15pm 12/09/21 cashier could of expressed better costumer service. And not so rudely spoken. He did his job in asking what I’d like. It was how he said it that seemed rude. Other than that the employee whom handed my sandwich was nice & directed me in finding my chips that I didn’t easily see at the counter on the beginning of my order. And of course always quick in service!! Thanks!
Freaky fast food and always good
We have now been waiting 2 hours for our order of only 2 sandwiches and 1 bag of chips. 25 min ago I was notified it was out for delivery and delivered. I called store several times to see where my order is. I was told over the phone it was out for delivery then the 2nd time the manager who will not give out his name tells me it never went out for delivery that my order is sitting there!!! It’s now been 2 hours and 3 minutes!!!!
Sarah was so nice to me she looked at me told me it was on the house and then even let me make my own sandwich it was the best experience.
It’s been more than 1 hour and half and still no food. I thought it was freaky fast service. Not take your sweet time service. No ones picking up the phone at the store or customer service. What am I supposed to do? I want a refund.
I order from here about twice a week and every time it takes at least over an hour to deliver my food. Not sure why because I also only work a street away. I've been giving them the benefit of doubt since it's so close but I'm no longer ordering from this location. I'm currently waiting for my order after I placed it over an hour ago AGAIN and keep trying to call the store and no one answers. Don't recommend at all.
Disappointed in the service, and the fact that I can't leave a no stars review. Kidding, I love it when two boys talk loudly about taking me to bone city behind the counter, after bringing me my sandwich, probably to get a better look at me. "boys" need to start acting like men. the manager was kind and had much paitence for me trying to keep my cool on the phone. Disgusting.
