Have ordered delivery from here so many times and have never received the correct order once. Definitely done trying!
This location manages to get so much wrong (compared to other JJ locations). Today I arrived home w my pick up order to find my sandwich wrapped in lettuce rather than multigrain bread. I called and was told the button for a bread-less sandwich is next to multigrain. I asked for a new one to be delivered, but was told that since I did not order it for delivery originally, they could not deliver it. Can’t see driving all the way back.
The last 2 time we have ordered curbside pickup the bag was missing the extra condiments. We order extra mayo packets since the slim sandwich comes with just meat. They have not put it in. Last time it was no big deal since I had mayo at home, this time..I wasn't as lucky as we had just ran out. Lesson learned this is not a one time issue and always take the bag apart in store to check for the extra condiments ordered.

Good place but why does one of your delivery driver's with a white Chrysler have a bumper sticker flaunting about watching hentai? That's gross as all hell.
This location suuuucks. Go to Bolingbrook. They actually get their orders correct. Check out this gross brown lettuce as well. Stupid app forces me to get deliveries from this location. I'll take no rewards and call the Bolingbrook location next time. Three straight orders either missing items or made incorrectly.
Ordered over $300 of catering sandwiches and they didn't label the boxes or sandwiches so people with food allergies and kids weren't comfortable eating sandwiches so we passed out PB&J's for them. Food was great, delivery was on time, but this was a management and policy issue. The boxes even have a spot for labeling. Tried calling and manager of course wasn't available. It's not the high school kids fault it's a management issue for nit instilling common sense into the process. We won't be ordering again as a result unfortunately.
Order was wrong and they put tomatoes on sandwich’s that I did not ask for. The tea was rancid old and no napkins in the bag.
Making sandwiches with their mask pulled all the way down …. Ew.
The last two times I've ordered thru the app from this restaurant it has taken an hour+ to get my sandwich. Meanwhile countless people came into the restaurant to order in person, received their food, and left while I stood continuing to wait for my orders I submitted online before going over to pick them up.
