Went with family and friends for the new year's special dinner and was totally disappointed with the food and service.
India's BBQ Nation, are you planning to visit here to experience taste and tint of actual India's own Barbecue Nation? Well ,you will be bummed. We couldn't find anything there ,which meets our expectations in quantity and quality. On contrary to the claim of "assuring excellent quality of service" even the drink I ordered was served after requesting twice. The Skewers were only served thrice( third upon request) . Shrimp was the only sea food and there were no veggies. Only positive thing: malai and hariyali chicken were good.
Went for New Year and they had "special" rates for buffet...BBQs were not being topped up and had to request to have them filled in and even then, it was patchy at best. Service was lacking and left much to be desired for..was informed that kids above 3 will be charged despite their site stating only kids above 4 should be charged.. paying exorbitant amount for a buffet here cannot be justified...I guess not all vents were opened, causing the place to be a bit too smokey causing discomfort for infants we had in our party..disappointing experience despite the food being not bad... Absolutely not recommended.
Don't go expecting the experience you got in BBQ nation India.. terrible service.. irony is they charge 18% gratuity .... Not great for kids.. food is ok..if you are desperate to go there go several hours before they close and keep waiting to be served or ask them to bring BBQs...
Late night we had the best time at dinner that I'hv ever had! We will definitely be back soon!
Was there for the New Year's Special Dinner(Special = nothing but Hike in Price).The food was kind of Okay ,but was way to expensive for the quality and service they provide.Contradictory to what they claim as unlimited re-fill, You will have to ask for the refill and wait long.
Good food and great service. They were patient when serving the food. Everything we tried was very good. Gulab Jamun and Seafood BBQ was perfect. Food was fresh and skewers were served right on time. Meat was juicy and tender. Will definetely go back again
Great food. A very good selection of appetizers. The main course doesn't have many options though
I have no understanding of how this place has only a 3.6 rating. I am almost comatose. I came, ordered the buffet and grill. MY DEAR GOD. I had to ask James to stop bringing food for the grill. The portions are huge and ENDLESS. THE FISH IS PHENOMENAL. I will be dropping anchor here. By far the best Indian restaurant I have visited in the Chicagoland area. Don't pass this place by. Thank you, James, for an excellent dining experience. See you again soon.
