They are expensive.I’ve had a few bad experiences here. For one of their chicken fried rice had no flavor and was burned. I decided to try it again and it was better. The following time-problem burned and no flavor. The chicken broccoli is in a white sauce and has absolutely no flavor and is complete mush. The manager recommended doing it in brown sauce. Still mush and has absolutely no flavor. I called to let them know she told me she was going to credit me for the next time that I come in for my chicken broccoli. She calls me back and tells me she’s not able to credit me. How do you tell someone you’re going to credit them and then you don’t. I said you call them and tell them you can’t be done. That’s poor business. She said she’ll have the manager call me later. I’m leaving this review to warn others. If she does something for me I will update this review.

Absolutely delicious!!! Nice atmosphere, fresh unlimited oolong tea, and pictured are pad Thai on the left and ma po tofu on the right. I was so excited to see ma po tofu – a lot of places seem to lack more traditional Chinese food, but their menu is SUPER extensive, so you can get the typical takeout classics as well as Chinese cuisine.
Loved it! Used to come here as a kid glad to know it still tastes the same! Customer service attentive and quick! Overall experience great!
The food was perfect. They make sure each dish was made to order. Their service was friendly and on top of things .
Due to good reviews my whole family wanted to try the lunch special here. We all got Mongolian beef, that’s our favorite. The beef was mushy and could use some bite to it. The sauce didn’t have much flavor. The best part was the boba drinks, we got fruity flavors as well as taro. No complaints for the drinks but I will not be coming back due to the food.
Always great food. Place a large family order every Christmas season to enjoy with family gathering. Each dish is amazing but I surprisingly enjoyed the lemon chicken and the Hong Kong eggplant this year.
We have been going there for the last 12 years and will keep going back. Great food.
I'm doing three stars even though our food was great.... I know House of Emperor has been here for at least 20 years but they really need to do some cleaning and some fresh paint ... The dust on the door frame for the ladies room stalls has been there for quite some time .... Just time to freshen up
