Me and my husband stayed here a while ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The door man was very friendly as well as the front staff. The rooms were amazing, very clean and spacious. I have never had room service and I was one of the best experiences of my life as you can see I didn't order anything fancy but it was still amazing.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, warm and inviting upto the cleaning staff. Speaking of, they do a remarkable job of cleaning the rooms. This is coming from someone who generally travels with my own pillow, sheets, blanket and cleaning supplies. I did not have to put in any additional work to make this place up to par for my visit. If you are there and looking for breakfast, try the coffee and smoothie place a few steps away (I forgot the name, my apologies). However, the ham and Swiss croissant was simply amazing! The only downside to my visit, was the bar was not open during my visit on a holiday weekend. It turned out ok, because the location of the hotel gave countless other close options right on and off Route 59.

We recently stayed here while visiting and the staff was exceptional. From our arrival to departure, the staff was responsive, friendly, and professional. We stay at only four star and higher hotels and this experience was better than a five star.

Great place to stay! I went here for a business trip and it was a great venue with awesome customer service. 5 stars!

Good . Not amazing. Shuttle for metro train to Chicago is canceled until further notice so no art institute.Soaking tub(s) with broken drain stoppers so no leisurely baths. Repairman was in my room 2 hours trying to fix the tub so I missed dinner the last night of my stay.Food at Che Figata was bland and they was struggled to accommodate my seafood allergy and low-carb diet.It was nice that the windows in the rooms opened. My spa services were offsite. - my appointment email went unanswered.A far from effortless hotel stay.

The reservations manager Emily here made my stay absolutely repulsive. I over slept and did not extend my stay, instead of receiving a phone call from the reception to politely ask if I was extending my stay- Emily approved of the staff barging into my room as I was naked showering. I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel. When I told her my concerns she let me know that she can send someone to gathering my things for me to check out. This was upon telling her that I feel uncomfortable extending my stay further since anyone can come in- unapologetically. Being a woman staying alone this was a repulsive reaction from Emily. I would never wish this upon anyone. The hotel is nice, but unfortunately an unqualified reservation manager has trashed it

Perfect, this was my 2nd stay here and they definitely do there best to make sure your stay is amazing, and it was. As a single mom who works FT, with 2 boys ,& a caregiver for my father, I try to take some time to unwind and do something just for me. I have decided this is the place to do it. Food, drinks, spa and if you don't do the spa the room itself is a spa. I will say I come in looking tore up, but I never has the staff treated me, looked at me or made me feel like I didn't belong here. See you soon!!

This was a terrific hotel stay. The staff was amazing and the service was 5 star. The bar was great and had terrific drinks. The restaurant was incredible and the food was terrific. The spa was first class and they even returned my wedding ring that I had left in my robe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Had a wedding reception on the 12th floor. Staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. Food was well worth the price. Would recommend looking into your wedding needs at Hotel Arista.

Because my money is being held for an "incidental" damage charge. The wording for this charge is that it is being held incase there is any damage to the room, however, a room pre-inspection was never done with us in order to establish a base line. If the Hotel wished to charge us for damages, it would be only at their discretion with no chance for us to take part in the process. Additionally, this charge was initially described to us as being refunded immediately upon checking out, then changed to 3-5 business days, then when I finally spoke with my bank it is determined to be 5-7 business days. In total, my money will have been held hostage for 15 totals days. In case anyone is counting, that is half a month. On this matter alone I do not recommend staying at a place that holds your money hostage for 15 days and does not understand how to make these details clear to their customers. After 4 different conversations with hotel staff and one with my bank, there is nothing that can be done to release this money sooner. I have stayed at MANY hotels where this is not a policy. I highly recommend against staying here solely for this fact. Terrible business practice.
