One of the most average places you can go.The overall quantity of food for what we ordered was great and everything looked good when it was given to us.The problem is the staff and the overall process. There is no guidance whatsoever for how items should be cooked and how long they need to be cooked for, so a lot of the time we were just trial and erroring how long things needed to be cooked for. By the time we figured out how long each item needed to be cooked for, we had about half of our items left.The staff was completely unhelpful and not attentive. I don't need someone waiting on my every whim, but coming by every 15 minutes or so to check on the table and get us more drinks would have been appreciated. Whenever we had questions we were met with grunts and then the waiter walked away.I thought a lot of the items also lacked flavor, which was disappointing because other hot pot experiences I have had have been incredible.Maybe they took away some of that flavor because the restaurant is in Naperville? Either way, I wouldn't go back.
Excellent broth, great selection of meats, veggies and noodles. Service is wonderful.5th star comes when you clean around your heating elements. With all the chopsticks on hand there's no reason you can break one in half and scrape this nasty out. We ate at opening, 1130a, on a Saturday.

My first time at this restaurant. Also first time trying this style of cuisine. It was spectacular!Food was delicious, prices for all you can eat was affordable. Decor was modern, great ambience. Friendly service.I will be back and will bring more friends!

It was a great experience for my birthday.This place was packed during Tuesday night, and we were lucky to get a table and eat for an hour before closing at 9 pm.Tried out tomato soup for the first time because we're not able to have herbal bone broth this time. It was great option and tasted great too!Will highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried this broth.Ingredients were fresh, but missed a couple items we ordered. Since we were already full, we didn't bother telling them. All you can eat is the best option since it's more expensive if you're ordering more than 4 items. (What's a hot pot if you don't have more than 5 items in the soup right?)Service was great ? will definitely revisit again!
Happy Lamb is an upbeat all you can eat hot pot destination. Choose your meat, vegetable, noodles, tofu and seafood. The music is nice and it compliments the atmosphere. We enjoyed the hot pot experience and left satisfied. The service is great and we will come back again!
Im writing this while I'm sitting/eating inside just to let people know service of this place is going down hill. Ordered food for 2 all you can eat hot pot. They literally came out with 2 bean curd roll. 2 leaf of napa cabbage, broth is drained to the bottom without refill. Water/drink is never refill. Our soup broth is getting so salty because no one stop by to refill. I came to pay to eat, not begging for free food. So if Happy Lamb think this is what it is. Then serve it like "all you can eat hot pot" not "all you have to ask constantly for food". Service is super suck. I'm a regular customer that constantly brought my whole family of 6+. And I wont be back after this time.
Love this place! The food is fresh and flavorful, staff is very friendly. It's a lot of fun and a great experience overall! Reservations only for parties of 8! Depending on what time you get there you can wait for up to an hour or more. I'd recommend an early dinner if you can swing it. Worth the wait.
