Good just a bit noisey.
I've been to the Naperville location many times, but this visit was sub-par in service. How many times do I have to remind server I asked for a glass of water? 3? When bartender places beer on table and splashes beer all over menu, you'd think bartender would wipe it up, not in this case. And the Med Chicken dish looked to be a small portion.
I was not impressed by this restaurant. You can find a better cheeseburger at Chiliâs, or even Steak and Shake for that matter. French fryâs were delicious. The lettuce was substandard; it had no crunch and was wilty. How does a server forget to bring us a second Coke? There was maybe 20 other patrons in their restaurant, and the child who served us forgot to bring my girlfriend a Coke. I should not have to remind a server to bring a beverage to a table. Overall, it is bogus. You may as well go to White Castle to save yourself some money. Plus, their sliders are far superior to the slop served at Granite. The mess hall at Fort Stewart serves better food. ð¤
Food was not good and service was awful. Additionally super annoying bugs /nits flying around I was dining inside not sitting outside. The server was overwhelmed and rushing around felt super bad for her that she is treated that way . The place was not even busy. The bartender was eating her food at the countertop while serving people . Very unprofessional Will not be back
Burger was over cooked, server was nice!!
There were many people waiting outside to be seated, but the manager explained that they didnât have enough servers. Our server was fantastic! He was literally running from table to table yet still had time to be personable. Pay servers more & maybe youâll get some. Youâre losing diners to others restaurants this way!
The waitress was terrible. Besides rolling her eyes a few times we NEVER saw her. I love the brunch but Iâll never go back.
Brunch buffet had a wide variety of rich and heavy options for a hearty appetite, but fewer heart healthy choices or lighter options than we hoped. The fresh fruit was very good!
Kind of responds me of Applebees but with a little better food and beer.
Never thought I'd be having Saturday dinner with a children's birthday party screaming in the background but it happened. Service was very good unfortunately food arrived cold. They wanted to remedy but we just wanted to finish and leave.
