We love Giardanos! So my opinion will be a little biased. Pizza of course was delicious. I think the pizza was lacking a little cheese (maybe this location), usually a little thicker. We sat outdoors, service was ok.
Great food good service but we had booked a bridal shower with them and we’re all set to go. We sent out invites with the location and even picked favors to theme we were then told that they had already booked someone earlier for the same day and time. We then had to scramble to find a new venue. The favors are pizza themed but the new venue does not serve pizza but they are non returnable so now we are stuck. Mistakes happen but this should have been caught sooner and now is costing us some money and frustration.Edit (6/22): they did give us a gift card for our trouble which helps and changes my rating to 5
This is the first time I'm trying deep dish pizza. The pizza was awesome, would definitely visit again.
Sooo good. This location is less chaotic than dt but food still takes long but it all makes sense because the pizza is that good.
Love this place ...very friendly owners. I ordered for dine-in ahead of time for the family being that they would close soon and it was no problem
I visit Illinois often but have never tried Giordanos. I can honestly say, this was the best pizza I’ve ever had in Illinois, except at the airport.So far, this will be my go to pizza place when I want pizza when I visit. The Greek salad was a complete waste of money and wasn’t worth $10/$11. If that was a Greek salad, I would hate to try the basic salad.
Went for lunch, so had the special individual deep dish. The pizza was great as were the garlic parm fries. Service was outstanding.
Horrible service and cold pizza. I ordered online ahead of time to have lunch delivered for my coworker’s birthday. We are teachers and only get 35 minutes for lunch. I set up my order at a specific time. The delivery was 30 minutes late and the excuse was that they had a big catering order before me. The pizza was cold and we had 10 minutes to eat it! No compensation was offered. Never again!
it's giordanos you get what you expect, good customer service
Friendly and efficient staff and the pizza is the best ever! It's definitely worth the 6 hour drive to get their pizza.
