Just picked up order. 1/2 a cup of fries and no “topover”. I go for the fries. Call them up immediately and after a few minutes was told they could issue a credit. Thanks a lot. I always tip them with cash, but not even an offer to supply the regular fry I ordered. I know help is hard to come by but it’s not rocket science. Check your order because they won’t fix it.

I am a creature of habit, and 5Guys makes me very happy. No crazy menu items, everything consistent and tasty, and it tastes like homemade without the mess!
White overweight female manager is extremely rude and cares more about going home then customer service. Go to the other Naperville location not this one. It’s 10 mins till close and she has turned away 3 groups of customers before closed because “we are closed” - early I guess? And the door says 10pm, why are they closed at 6:50??
5 guys is a great option for a fast food burger. This location was just not the same as my experience for the one at 34 in Oswego . Not as many fries and those fries are insane !
Good burgers and fries, lots of fries. The Cajun fries have too much seasoning. Wish they didn't smash the buns while wrapping the burgers.
Five guys is always my go-to fast food joint over anything else... I loved this from the first time I ate in New Jersey... Back in 2009.. my wife who never eats beef ..just fell in love ..and never hesitated eating their dog ... Best part of their cajon fries.. always fresh and a lot in quantity... The cheeseburger just melts in your mouth .. freshly prepared and made to your order .. customized..
